This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.

Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)

Supplies needed

I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube:  I am using Verymany's beautiful tube "Santa's Deer".  Please do not use this tube without a proper license. You can purchase it here.

PTU Kit:  I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "Rudolf" created by Doodle by Design.  You can purchase her beautiful kit here.

Mask: chmask_fecnikek (4). Thank you for your awesome masks.  You can download it from Fecnikek's blog here. 

Font of choice for your name.

Plug in: Mura Meister Copies

Drop shadow of choice.

Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.

Don't forget to sharpen each image that you resize.

Let's get started.

Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.

Flood fill with white.

Copy Fecnikek mask and paste as a new layer.  Resize 35% and move to the top center.  Select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer.

Copy paper 26.  Standing on the new raster layer, paste into selections.  Select none and delete the original mask layer.

Copy Frame 7 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the center of the mask.  Using your magic wand, click in the center of the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Add a new raster layer and drag it under the frame layer.

Copy paper 17.  Standing on the new raster layer paste into selections.  Select none and drop shadow the frame.

Select paper 17 layer.

Copy element 65 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50% and move to the top center of the frame slightly to the left. Change the blend mode to overlay.

Copy element 102 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30%.  Apply Mura Meister Copies set to Encircle.  Number 12, Shift X 50, Shift Y 50 and click ok.  Resize 80% and move under your frame and paper layer.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 116 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 25%.  Apply Mura Meister Copies set to Encircle.  Number 11, Shift X 50, Shift Y 50 and click ok.  Move this layer above the mask layer.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 119 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 25%.  

Copy element 121 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 25%.  I didn't move either element.  They should be on top of one another.  Merge these two layers down.

Apply Mura Meister Copies set to Encircle.  Number 14, Shift X 50, Shift Y 50 and click ok.  Move this layer above the mask layer.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 58 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40%.  Apply Mura Meister Copies set to Encircle.  Number 14, Shift X 50, Shift Y 50 and click ok.  Move this layer above element 116 cluster layer.  Drop shadow.

Select the top layer.

Copy WordArt 2 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the top center of the frame.  Drop shadow. 

Copy element 105 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the top center of the frame.  Drop shadow. 

Copy element 79 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to over the poinsettia.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 56 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40% and move to the bottom of the frame.  Drop shadow. 

Copy element 114 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20%, drag under element 105 layer and move to the right of element 105.  Duplicate and mirror.  Drop shadow each layer. 

Copy element 51 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70% and move to the top left of the frame.  Drop shadow. 

Copy element 35 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom left of the tree.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 36 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the top right of the pine tree.  Drop shadow. 

Copy element 38 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of the xmas tree.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 7 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40% and move to the right of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 33 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 12% and move to the bottom left of the present.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 9 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 50% and move to the bottom of the present.  Duplicate and move to the far right and down slightly.  Drop shadow each layer.

Select the bottom element 9 layer.

Copy element 28 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of the the duplicate element 9 layer.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 30 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40% and move to the right side of the frame.  Drop shadow. 

Copy element 32 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of the frame.  Drop shadow. 

Copy your main tube.  Resize 22% and move to the bottom of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 124 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom of the tube.  Drag this layer under the tube layer.  Duplicate, flip and drag this layer under the original snow layer.  Standing on the duplicate, select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer.  Standing on the new raster layer, copy paper 8 and paste into selections.  Select none and delete the duplicate snow layer.  Move down slightly so you can see it under the snow layer. 

Copy element 10 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the bottom of the tube.  Drop shadow. 

Copy element 58 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 60% and move to the top of element 10.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 26 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the upper left of the bow on element 10.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 48 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of element 10.  Duplicate and mirror and move slightly to the left.    Drop shadow each layer.

Copy element 15 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of element 10 by the deer's collar.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 18 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 10% and move to the bottom left of element 26.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 41 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 10% and move to the bottom left of the candy.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 23 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of the bow of element 10.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 25 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 12% and move to the bottom left of element 10 in front of the red ball.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 34 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom center so it covers the bells.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 19 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the far right of element 10.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 6 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom of the pail.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 3 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of element 10.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 63 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom left of the sled.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 20 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of the present.  Drop shadow.

Copy element 21 and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom left of the present.  Drop shadow.

Add any other elements and make any adjustments.

Crop away any extra space.  Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
