A Steampunk Winter
This tutorial was written by me on November 11, 2024. The results are of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.
Animation Shop (Optional)
FTU Kit: I am using a fabulous kit called "A Steampunk Winter" created by Curious Creative Dreams. It contains 125 Elements - 6 Frames - 15 Elements - 5 tubes - AI generated. You can download it from his blog here.
Mask: Mask 0372 by Sophisticat Simone. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here.
Mask: Mask 92 by Vivienne's Paintbox. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the png versions for this tutorial.

Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice. I am using Vertical 0, Horizontal 3, Opacity 75, Blur 10, color black.
I use Vivienne’s drop shadows quite a bit as I really like the look of her shadows. Thank you for letting me use your settings for my tutorials.

An image can get blurred when you resize an element or tube in PSP. I use unsharpen mask for each item. Vivienne has wonderful tips and tricks on how to do this here.
Let’s get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later. Flood fill with white.
Remember to sharpen and drop shadow each image as you create the tag.
Open Simone's mask in PSP and minimize.
Open paper 10 and copy.
Select the tag. Select all, add a new raster layer and paste into selection. Select none. Layers, New mask layer - from image. locate Simone's mask in the drop down and apply. Merge group. Resize 80% and move to the top center slightly to the left.
Element 30 - Resize 40% move to the upper left of the tag.
Element 72 - Resize 35% move to the upper left of element 30.
Element 123 - Resize 40% move to the right of element 72.
Element 4 - Resize 50% move to the left of element 123.
Element 100 - Resize 20% move to the bottom right of element 123.
Element 102 - Resize 25% move to the bottom left of element 100.
Element 75 - Resize 35% move to the bottom left of the tree.
Element 31 - Resize 10% move to the bottom right of element 75.
Element 17 - Resize 10% move to the bottom right of element 75 by the door.
Element 61 - Resize 15% move to the bottom right of element 31.
Element 95 - Resize 10% move to the bottom left of element 61.
Element 13 - Resize 10% move to the bottom of Santa's feet.
Element 62 - Resize 15% move to the bottom left of element 13.
Element 2 - Resize 30% move to the bottom of the bear so the star is touching his shoulder. See mine for placement.
Element 107 - Resize 10% move to the bottom left of the tree.
Element 22 - Resize 5%, free rotate to the left 10 degrees and move to the bottom left of the standing elf. See mine for placement.
Element 119 - Resize 13% move to the bottom right of element 31.
Element 76 - Resize 13% move to the bottom right of the train.
Element 103 - Resize 10% move to the bottom right of element 76.
Element 15 - Resize 10% move to the bottom right of the tree.
Element 60 - Resize 13% move to the bottom left of element 15.
Select Simone's mask. Copy Vivienne's mask and paste as a new layer. Use your deform tool and apply the following settings:
Select all, float, Defloat. Add a new raster layer. Copy and paste paper 3 into selection. Delete Viv's original mask. Move the first mask under the bear. Duplicate - Mirror and move under the building with the crouching elf. This is the settings I used for deform tool. Click on image to enlarge it.
Duplicate this layer and resize to your liking. Move to the bottom right under the sitting elf. This is the settings I used for the deform tool. Click on image to enlarge it.
These are just estimated placements and you might need to make adjustments.
See my tag for placements.
Move the bottom two mask layers under Simone's mask.
Add any other elements you would like and make any adjustments on the tag.
Crop and resize your tag. I resize mine to 650px on the width (if needed) as that is what fits my blog best.
Add your name and copyright.
Hide the white background and save as png if you are not going to animate.
Continue from here if you are going to animate.
Select the mask layer all the way to element 72 by holding down the Ctrl key and selecting each layer. Merge selected.
Select element 4 layer and holding down the ctrl key select each layer until you reach the top layer. Merge selected.
Your layer panel should look like this.
I leave my white background as a separate layer in the event I just want a non animated tag.
Hide all layers except the white background and the bottom merged layer.
Time for some animation time.
Animation:
Open animation shop.
Select prolong paste on the top toolbar.
I do this everytime I open Animation Shop.
We will be working with the .mng files.
Open animation SimoneAni-Fall2023-02 - Select all (Ctrl + A). Animation-Resize animation 25%. 18 frames
Open SS_WinterlandWordAnimation and resize 20%. 16 frames
The two animations have different frame amounts but that is ok. I'm going to show you how to use them with out culling the frames.
Back to PSP.
Only the white background and bottom merged layer should be visible. Edit - Copy special, copy merged.
Back to animation shop and paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 18 frames. The amount of frames from the first ani.
The bottom right corner will show you know how many frames you have.
Select all (Ctrl +A) once you have 18 frames.
Select Simone's Fall 2023-2 ani and select all. Edit, copy.
Select your tag. Edit, select all, Edit, paste into selected frames. Your animation will be hanging off your mouse pointer. Move it over the center of the large cog and left click your mouse. Note: Hit Ctrl + Z if you are unhappy with the placement and redo the past into selected frames.
Close Simone's Fall ani as we no longer need it.
Back to PSP.
Close off your white background layer and bottom merged layer. Select all - Ctrl + A - and unhide element 123 layer. This should be the only layer visible.
Back to animation shop and paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 18 frames.
The bottom right corner will show you know how many frames you have.
Select all once you have 18 frames. Edit, copy.
Back to your tag,
Edit, select all, Edit, paste into selected frames. Your animation will be hanging off your mouse pointer. Move it move it over to the left of the large cog and left click your mouse. Note: Hit Ctrl + Z if you are unhappy with the placement and redo the past into selected frames. You can also reference your PSP tag to see where it needs to be placed.
Now we will be working with Simone's Winterland Word Animation which only has 16 layers but we need 18 frames. Select the first animation frame (should be highlighted in blue). Go to Edit, Duplicate selected. Select the very last frame of the animation and repeat the last step. You should now have 18 frames.
Edit, select all, Edit, paste into selected frames. Your animation will be hanging off your mouse pointer. Move it move it to the top of element 123 and left click your mouse. Note: Hit Ctrl + Z if you are unhappy with the placement and redo the past into selected frames.
Close Simone's animation and do not save changes.
You should now only have the animated tag visible.
Select all, Animation - Frame Properties and change the speed to 15.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.

Behind the mask

Supplies needed
I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any
version.
PTU Tube: I am using a gorgeous multi layered tube called “Inessa” by Lady Sky. You can purchase her beautiful tubes at VM Artists here.
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "Behind the Mask" created by Curious Creative Dreams. You can purchase the kit here.
Mask: Mask_Vivienne_0092 by Vivienne. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the png versions for this tutorial.
Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice. I am using Vertical 0,

Let’s get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent
image. We will resize later. Flood
fill with white.
Remember to sharpen and drop shadow each image as you create
the tag.
Copy and paste Vivienne’s mask in PSP. Resize 80%.
Select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer. Copy paper of choice. I am using paper 15. Standing on the new raster layer, paste into
selections. Select none and delete the
original mask layer. Move the mask to
the top center of the tag. Duplicate the
mask. Mirror and resize 80%. Drag this layer under the first mask layer
and move to the bottom of the tag.
Frame 1 – Resize 40% and move to the upper right of the
large mask. Using the magic wand, click
in the center of the frame. Selections,
modify, expand by 5. Add a new raster
layer and drag this under the frame layer.
Copy paper of choice. I am using
paper 16. Select the new raster layer
and paste into selections. Deselect and
drop shadow the frame.
Element 24 – Resize 20% and move to the top left of the
frame. Drop shadow.
Element 23 – Resize 30% and move to the lower right of element
24. Drop shadow.
Element 13 – Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of the
house. Drop shadow.
Element 79 – Resize 15% and move to the lower left of the
house. Drop shadow.
Element 57 – Resize 55% and move to the bottom left of the
mask. Drop shadow.
Element 32 – Resize 10% and move to the lower left of the
chair. Drop shadow.
Element 6 – Resize 10% and move to the lower left of the
chair. Drop shadow.
Element 33 – Resize 10% and move to the lower right of the leaves. Drop shadow.
Element 3 – Resize 10% and move to the lower right of the
candle. Drop shadow.
Element 72 – Resize 20% and move to the lower right of the
chair. Drop shadow.
Element 62 – Resize 15% and move to the lower left of the
smaller mask. Drop shadow.
Element 55 – Resize 10% and move to the lower right of the doll. Drop shadow.
Element 88 – Resize 6% and move to the lower left of the
bowl. Drop shadow.
Element 15 – Resize 5% and move to the lower right of the
bowl. Drop shadow.
Element 56 – Resize 6%, mirror and move to the lower right
of the flower. Drop shadow.
Tube: Resize 10% and
drop shadow. Move to the lower center of
the tag.
Element 54 – Resize 12% and move to the bottom of the
tube. Drop shadow.
Element 41 – Resize 7% and move to the lower left of the
tube by the girl doll. Drop shadow.
Element 65 – Resize 10% and move to the lower left of the
tube. Drop shadow.
Element 29 – Resize 8% and move to the lower right of the
bowl. Drop shadow.
Element 84 – Resize 5% and move to the bottom of the
mask. Drop shadow.
Element 40 – Resize 7% and move to the bottom of the
bird. Drop shadow.
Element 10 – Resize 10% and move to the lower left of the
mask. Drop shadow.
Crop and resize your tag. I resize mine to 650px on
the width (if needed) as that is what fits my blog best.
Add your name and copyright.
Hide the white background and save as png.

Winter Princess

PTU Tube: I am using Verymany's beautiful tube "Winter Princess 2". Please do not use this tube without a proper license. You can purchase it here.
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "Winter Princess" created by Curious Creative Dreams. You can purchase his beautiful kit here.
Mask: Mask_Vivienne_90 by Vivienne's Digital Tagging. You can download it from her blog here. Thank you for your awesome masks. I am using the png version for this tutorial.

Let's get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.

Copy and paste Vivienne's mask 90 onto your working canvas. Resize 80 and move to the top center. Select all, float, Defloat and add a new raster layer. Open Papers 11, copy and close the original. Select the new raster layer, go to edit, paste into selections. Keep selected. Add a new raster layer, Copy element 56 and paste into selections. Select none and delete Vivienne's mask layer as we no longer need it.
Copy element 79 and paste as a new layer. Resize 70% and move to the upper center of the mask. Drop shadow.
Copy element 68 and paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move it to the top center of the door. Drop shadow.
Copy element 27 and paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move it to the bottom right of the door. Drop shadow.
Copy element 37 and paste as a new layer. Resize 50% and move it to the bottom of the door. Drop shadow.
Copy element 26 and paste as a new layer. Resize 60% and move it to the over element 37. Drop shadow.
Copy element 29 and paste as a new layer. Resize 40% and move it to the top left of the door. Drop shadow.
Copy element 46 and paste as a new layer. Resize 80% and move it to the left of the door. Drop shadow.
Copy element 2 and paste as a new layer. Resize 50% and move it to the bottom of the tree. Drop shadow.
Copy the main tube and paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move to the left side of the door. Drop shadow.
Copy element 18 and paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move it to the bottom center of the tube. Drop shadow.
Copy element 58 and paste as a new layer. Resize 20%, mirror and move it to the bottom right of element 18. Drop shadow.
Copy element 80 and paste as a new layer. Resize 17% and move it to the bottom of element 18 and 58. Drop shadow.
Copy element 33 and paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move it to the bottom right of the tube. Drop shadow.
Copy element 98 and paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move it to the bottom right of the little tree. Drop shadow.
Copy element 89 and paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move it to the bottom right of the little tree. Drop shadow.
Copy element 87 and paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move it to the bottom right of element 98. Drop shadow.
Copy element 83 and paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move it to the bottom right of the little tree. Drop shadow.
Copy element 49 and paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move it to the bottom left of the tube. Drop shadow.
Copy element 37 and paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move it to the bottom left of the of element 49. Drop shadow.
Copy element 94 and paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move it to the bottom left of the tube. Drop shadow.
Copy element 40 and paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move it to the bottom right of element 94. Drop shadow.
Copy element 95 and paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move it to the bottom right of black/green present. Drop shadow.
Copy element 96 and paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move it to the bottom left of element 94. Drop shadow.
Copy element 90 and paste as a new layer. Resize 18% and move it to the bottom center of element 94. Drop shadow.
Copy element 88 and paste as a new layer. Resize 10% and move it to the bottom left of the rabbit. Drop shadow.
Copy element 26 and paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move it to the bottom of the black/green present and rabbit. Drop shadow.
Copy element 95 and paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move it to the bottom right of black/green present. Drop shadow.
Copy element 1 and paste as a new layer. Resize 3%, mirror and move it to the bottom right of the rabbit. Drop shadow.
Copy element 8 and paste as a new layer. Resize 7% and move it to the bottom left of the rabbit. Duplicate and move to the bottom left of the little tree. Drop shadow each layer.
Copy element 5 and paste as a new layer. Resize 25% and move it to the bottom of the tree. Drop shadow.
Copy element 66 and paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move it to the bottom of the deer. Drop shadow.
Copy element 102 and paste as a new layer. Resize 7% and move it to the bottom left of element 5. Drop shadow.
Copy element 82 and paste as a new layer. Resize 4% and move it to the bottom of element 1. Drop shadow.
Copy element 65 and paste as a new layer. Resize 10% and move it to the bottom right of the deer. Drop shadow.
Copy element 67 and paste as a new layer. Resize 12% and move it to the bottom right of the Xmas candle. Drop shadow.
Duplicate your mask. Using the pick tool, pull the top down about 3/4 of the way and the left side of the mask in a bit. It should look like it is laying on the ground. See mine for placement.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.

Santa's Helper

Copy Fecnikek mask and paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move to the top center. Select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer.
Copy paper 9. Standing on the new raster layer, paste into selections. Select none and delete the original mask layer.
Copy Frame 7 and paste as a new layer. Resize 55% and move to the top center of the mask. Using your magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and drag it under the frame layer.
Copy paper 20. Standing on the new raster layer paste into selections. Deselect and drop shadow the frame.
Copy element 16, paste as a new layer. Resize 30%. Apply Mura Meister Copies set to Encircle. Number 12, Shift X 50, Shift Y 65 and click ok. Resize 80% and move under your frame and paper layer. Drop shadow.
Copy element 2, paste as a new layer. Resize 20%. Apply Mura Meister Copies set to Encircle. Number 14, Shift X 50, Shift Y 65 and click ok. Resize 70% and move above element 16 layer. Drop shadow.
Copy element 61, paste as a new layer. Drag this just above the mask layer. Using your pick tool set to Scale, pull in the sides, top and bottom, so it fits nicely under the frame cluster. See my example. Once happy with placement, drop shadow.
Select the top layer.
Copy element 100, paste as a new layer. Resize 70% and move to the right side of the frame. Drop shadow.
Copy element 79, paste as a new layer. Resize 90% and move to the right side of the frame. Drop shadow.
Copy element 93, paste as a new layer. Resize 30%, mirror and move to bottom of the tree. Drop shadow.
Copy element 41, paste as a new layer. Resize 40% and move to the bottom left of the frame. Drop shadow.
Copy Millie's wordart, paste as a new layer. Resize 40% and move to the top left of the frame. Drop shadow.
Copy your main tube. Resize 28% and move to the middle of the frame. Drop shadow.
Copy element 99, paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of the tube. Drop shadow.
Copy element 105, paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move to the lower left of the tube. Drop shadow.
Copy element 7, paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move to in front of the presents. Drop shadow.
Copy element 20, paste as a new layer. Resize 15%, mirror and move to the right of the horse. Drop shadow.
Copy element 30, paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move to the bottom of the horse. Drop shadow.
Copy element 109, paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move to the bottom of the presents. Drop shadow.
Copy element 107, paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of the sled. Drop shadow.
Copy element 6, paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move to the right of the snowman. Drop shadow.
Copy element 95, paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move to the right of the house. Drop shadow.
Copy element 1, paste as a new layer. Resize 20% and move to the bottom of the presents. Drop shadow.
Copy element 88, paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move to the bottom left of the house. Drop shadow.
Copy element 104, paste as a new layer. Resize 30% and move to the lower left of element 6. Drop shadow.
Copy element 25, paste as a new layer. Resize 10% and move to the right of the house. Drop shadow.
Copy element 9, paste as a new layer. Resize 12% and move to the bottom right of the element 25. Drop shadow.
Copy element 26, paste as a new layer. Resize 10% and move to the lower left of element 25. Drop shadow.
Copy element 17, paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of the milk bottle. Drop shadow.
Copy element 12, paste as a new layer. Resize 5% and move to the bottom right of the milk bottle. Drop shadow.
Copy element 88, paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move to the bottom of the jars. Drop shadow.
Copy element 18, paste as a new layer. Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of the stocking. Drop shadow.
Copy element 19, paste as a new layer. Resize 7% and move to the bottom right of the globe. Drop shadow.
Copy element 13, paste as a new layer. Resize 5% and move to the bottom left of the red jar. Drop shadow.
Add any other elements or make any adjustments to your tag.
I used my pick tool and made the mask layer a bit larger by pulling on the corners.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.

Fairy Castle

PTU Animation: I am using Rebel Dezigns awesome animation 2132 from pack 709. You can purchase her fun animations here.

Drop shadow of choice.

To open an image, I click on the element or paper in the file folder and drag it into PS.
To transfer an element or paper in PS to my tag, I left click and drag it into my working canvas.
The other way is to left click and drag the element from the folder right onto your tag.
Either way you will get the same results but the resizing will be different :). I will be using the both method for this tutorial.
For resizing and rotating I use the Ctrl+T command.
To mirror or Flip go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal (mirror) or Flip vertical (Flip).
Remember to save often.
Let's get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new raster layer.
Go to layers, New fill layer, solid color. When the pop up window appears type in FFFFFF and click ok.
Drag Vivienne's mask into the tag. Resize 31.76% and move to the top center.
Drag paper 13 into your tag. Resize 54.68%. Move over the mask to a spot you like best.
Right click on the paper layer and select "Create a clipping mask". Merge these two layers together. Duplicate, Resize the W: 92.75% H: 35.75% and move down to the bottom center of the tag.
Drag element 100 into your tag. Resize 34.04% and move to the top center of the mask slightly to the right.
Drag element 98 into your tag. Resize 26.67% and move to the lower center of the mask slightly to the left. Duplicate and move to the lower right. Duplicate one more time and move to the far left.
Drag element 99 into your tag. Resize 25.59% and move to the upper right of the mask. Duplicate, mirror and move to the top left corner of the mask.
Drag element 49 into your tag. Resize 71.05% and move to the upper right over element 99.
Drag element 38 into your tag. Resize 86.97% and move to the upper left of the mask. Duplicate, resize the duplicate 41.35% and move to the top right. Now select the original element 38 layer in your tag. Click on the FX and select color Overlay. Change the color to 5ba2b1 and change the blend mode to color. Right click on this layer and convert to smart object. You will now have one blue and one pink tree.
Drag frame 4 into your tag. Resize 46.11% and move to the upper right over the pink tree.
Drag paper 2 into the tag. Resize 10.12%. Drag this layer under the frame layer and move into a spot you like best. Select the frame layer, using the magic wand, click in the center of the tag. Select, modify, expand by 3. Select the paper layer and go to Layer, Layer Mask, reveal selection.
Drag element 9 into your tag. Resize 65.62%, mirror and move to the upper left over the blue tree.
Drag element 90 into your tag. Resize 30.99%, mirror and move to the top left of the frame. Duplicate and move to the lower left of the house. Duplicate one more time, mirror and move to the lower right of the frame.
Drag element 81 into your tag. Resize 11.94% and move to the upper right middle of the frame.
Drag element 72 into your tag. Resize 21.87%, mirror and move to the upper left of the frame.
Drag element 47 into your tag. Resize 12.78% and move to the lower middle left of the mask.
Drag element 7 into your tag. Resize 34.18%, mirror and move to the center of the frame slightly to the right.
Drag element 22 into your tag. Resize 41.40%, mirror and move to the lower right of the Pegasus.

Open your tube in PS. Select the wing layer, hold down the ctrl key and select the girl. Hit Ctrl + G on your keyboard to group these to layers. Make sure Auto-Select on the move tool is not checked when you are working with groups. Select the group layer and drag it into your tag. You can now close Verymany's tube and do not save changes. Right click on the group layer and select convert to smart object. Resize 25% and move to the lower left of the house. See mine for placement.
Drag element 91 into your tag. Resize 15.78% and move to the bottom of the tube.
Drag element 90 into your tag. Resize 30.60%, rotate 90.81 and move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag element 65 into your tag. Resize 45.10% and move to the bottom center of the tube.
Drag element 46 into your tag. Resize 6.22% and move to the lower left of the tube.
Drag element 77 into your tag. Resize 3.33% and move to the right of the purple fairy jar.
Drag element 69 into your tag. Resize 8.58% and move to the right of the blue flower.
Drag element 27 into your tag. Resize 9.69% and move to the right of the tube.
Drag element 44 into your tag. Resize 27.80% and move to the bottom of the lamp.
Drag element 63 into your tag. Resize 34.31% and move to the bottom right of element 44.
Drag element 5 into your tag. Resize 27.52% and move to the right of element 65.
Drag element 34 into your tag. Resize 22.65% and move to the bottom left of element 5.
Drag element 66 into your tag. Resize 14.22% and move to the bottom left of element 44.
Drag element 12 into your tag. Resize 22.15% and move to the left of the fairy dust jar.
Drag element 79 into your tag. Resize 2.93% and move to the bottom of the purple fairy jar. Duplicate and move to the lower left of the unicorn.
Drag element 70 into your tag. Resize 3.37% and move to the right of first blue upside down flower.
Drag element 41 into your tag. Resize 20.78% and move to the lower left of the purple fairy jar.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Resize the tag to your liking if needed. I usually resize mine by 650 on the width side unless it is already smaller than 650.
Oh almost forgot we need to drop shadow all of our elements. I actually do the drop shadow at the end :)
Select the element on the bottom of your tag in the layer pallet and double click it. I started with element 38.
A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.

Now right click on the layer you just applied the drop shadow. Click copy layer style.
Now click on the layer above, Right click and paste layer styles
Select the frame layer, holding down the shift key, select the top layer. Right click and paste layer styles. Drop shadow complete :)
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate, hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Animation:
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Select the tube layer, right click, and duplicate.
Standing on the duplicate layer, right click and clear layer style. Go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur, and type in 3. Click ok. Holding down the Ctrl key, click on the original tube layer in the layer's pallet. You will see marching ants. Standing on the duplicate layer, go to Layers, Layer mask, reveal selection. Duplicate the layer. Change to top blurred tube to Screen and lower the opacity to 30%. Select the bottom duplicate blur tube and change the blend mode to soft light and lower the opacity to 40%.
Open Rebel Dezign's psd file in PS. You will notice that there is 25 layers in this animation, and it does not have the group layer.
We need to group all the layers. Starting from layer 25, hold down your ctrl key and select each odd layer. So the next one would be 23, 21, 19 all the way down to layer 1.
Next, we need to group these layers. Go to Layers, Group layers or Ctrl + G on the Keyboard. You will see group 1 folder at the top. Make sure Group 1 is selected.
Select the layer you would like the animation to be placed in your tag. I selected the top element layer 15.
Make sure Auto-Select on the move tool is not checked when you are working with the animation.
Back to the animation. Click on Group 1 and drag it into your tag. CTRL + T and resize 42.14%. Move to the top of the house.
Close the original animation and do not save changes.
Click on the little white arrow beside Group 1 to expand it. Click on the eyeball of each layer to hide it but leave frame layer 1 visible. Click on the arrow beside group one to hide it as we do not want to accidentally make any changes.
Next make sure your Timeline viewer is open on the bottom of PS. I you do not see a row that has Timeline on the bottom, go to Windows, Timeline.
In the center of the Timeline viewer, you will see a drop-down box. On the drop down select Create Frame Animations. You should now see frame one in the timeline.
Next is animating.
Click on the little icon (four white lines) at the right end of the animation screen then select make frames from layers.
You are going to see a big mess in the animation window, but we are going to fix this.
Click on the first frame, hold down the shift key and select the frame layer (animation frame 27) and click on the trash can in the timeline window.
Now you should be at the first frame of the animation. Click on frame 14 and hold down the shift key and select the last frame layer. Click on the trash can in the timeline window. This will leave you with 13 frames.
This next step is particularly important. Any changes you do from here you must be on frame 1 in the Timeline viewer. It will be highlighted in white.
Go to the bottom of your tag in the layer’s pallet. Make sure you have animation frame 1 selected.
Click on the eyeball beside each layer to make it visible. Do not touch the group layer.
Next, I want to slow down the animation. With the first frame selected, hold down the shift key and click on frame 13. This will select all the frames.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop-up window will appear.
I selected other and change it to 0.15 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we do not accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File>Export>Save for Web (Legacy).
A new pop-up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. My screen shot will look different, but the settings are the same.

Mask: Miz_Mask 305 by Mizteeques. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the png versions for this tutorial.
Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.

To open an image, I click on the element or paper in the file folder and drag it into PS.
To transfer an element or paper in PS to my tag, I left click and drag it into my working canvas.
The other way is to left click and drag the element from the folder right onto your tag.
Either way you will get the same results but the resizing will be different :). I will be using the both method for this tutorial.
For resizing and rotating I use the Ctrl+T command.
To mirror or Flip go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal (mirror) or Flip vertical (Flip).
Remember to save often.
Let's get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new raster layer.
Go to layers, New fill layer, solid color. When the pop up window appears type in FFFFFF and click ok.
Drag Mizteeque's mask into the tag. Resize 119.96% and move to the top left.
Drag paper 2 into your tag. Resize 70.13%. Move over the mask to a spot you like best.
Right click on the paper layer and select "Create a clipping mask". Merge these two layers together. We will come back to the mask layer in the tutorial.
Drag element 88 into the tag. Resize 64.17%, rotate -26.28 and move to the of the mask.
Drag paper 3 into your tag. Move over element 88 to a spot you like best.
Right click on the paper layer and select "Create a clipping mask". Merge these two layers together.
Drag Frames 8 into the tag. Resize 28.66% and move to the center of the mask.
Drag paper 5 into the tag. Resize 26.93% and drag this layer under the frame layer. Move into a spot you like best inside the frame. Select the frame layer. Using your magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Select the paper layer. Now click on the Mask Icon on the bottom of the layer pallet next to the FX icon.
Still on the paper layer.
Drag element 20 into the tag. Resize 10.84% and move into the bottom center of the frame. Change the blend mode to Multiply. Now holding down the Alt key on your keyboard. Select the mask thumbnail on the paper layer and drag it onto element 20. Release the alt key. You should now have two masks. One on the paper layer and one on the castle layer.
Select element 88 layer as we are going to work under the frame right now.
Drag element 25 into the tag. Resize 6.15% and move to the top right of the frame. Duplicate and move to the right of the frame about midway.
Select the first layer of element 25.
Drag element 30 into the tag. Resize 7.11% and move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate and move to the bottom right of copy element 25.
Drag element 24 into the tag. Resize 5.04% and move to the top right of the frame. Duplicate and move to the left of the frame about midway.
Drag element 28 into the tag. Resize 4.58% and move to the top left of the frame. Drag this layer between the two element 24 layers.
Select the frame layer.
Drag element 80 into the tag. Resize 20.63% and move to the top left of the frame.
Drag element 56 into the tag. Resize 30.72% and move to the upper right of the frame.
Drag element 73 into the tag. Resize 12.50% and move to the top right of the bow.
Drag element 33 into the tag. Resize 3.69% and move over the center of the bow.

Drag element 50 into the tag. Resize 3.96% and move to the left of the plates.
Drag element 45 into the tag. Resize 4.19% and move to the right of the plates.

Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Drag element 17 into the tag. Resize 18.23% and move to the top right of the mask. Duplicate and move to the right side about midway.
Drag frame 2 in the tag. Resize 59.60% and move to the center of the mask.
Drag paper 5 into the tag. Resize 25.63%, drag this layer under the frame layer. Move into a spot you like best inside the frame. It will be next to the FX icon.
Select the top layer.
Drag element 100 into the tag. Resize 2.53%, mirror and move to the top right of the frame.
Drag your tube into PS. Select the layers you would like to use (if only the tube layer, skip to the part where you drag it into the tag) by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on each layer. Hit Ctrl + G on your keyboard to group the layers. Make sure auto select is not checked on your move tool and drag the group into the tag. Right click on the group or tube layer and convert to smart object. Resize 27.34% and move to the right side of the house.
Drag element 36 into the tag. Resize 4.13% and move to the bottom of element 7.
Drag element 60 into the tag. Resize 2.50% and move to the over the lower frame by the tube's shoe.
Drag element 39 into the tag. Resize 4.15% and move to the lower left of the bird.
Drag element 20 into the tag. Resize 16.87%, mirror and move to the bottom right of the bird.
Drag element 83 into the tag. Resize 3.34% and move to the left of the teapot.
Drag element 55 into the tag. Resize 2.50%, rotate 25.95 degrees and move to the upper left of the Love Jar.
Drag element 49 into the tag. Resize 5.42% and move to the bottom center of the tube.
Drag element 77 into the tag. Resize 4.69% and move to the bottom right of the flowers.
