Belle of the Bayou
This tutorial was written by me on February 19, 2021. The results are of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PS.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using Adobe Photoshop 2021 but this tutorial should work with any version.
You can download the 7 day trial of PS here.
PTU Tube: I am using Barbara Jensen's beautiful layered bonus tube "Fanny". I'm using both full and close up tube for this tutorial.
Please do not use this tube without a proper license. I am using the layered tube for this tutorial. You can purchase Barbara Jensen's tube at Barbara's store here.
Note: This beautiful bonus tube is available for free with any tube order of $9.00 or more. She is available until Midnight, March 4, 2021.
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous kit called "Belle Of The Bayou" created by Doodle by Design. This kit is available for purchase at here.
PTU Animation: I am using Kiya Designs awesome bonus animation from pack 93. You can purchase her awesome animations at Barbara Jensen's store here.
Mask: Mask 960 created by Rachel Designs. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the png version for this tutorial.

Font of choice for your name. I am using a PTU font called Mardi Gras. You can purchase it here.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.
Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.
To open an image, I click on the element or paper in the file folder and drag it into PS.
To transfer an element or paper in PS to my tag, I left click and drag it into my working canvas.
The other way is to left click and drag the element from the folder right onto your tag.
Either way you will get the same results :). I will be using the both method for this tutorial.
For resizing and rotating I use the Ctrl+T command.
To mirror or Flip go to Edit, Transform, Flip Horizontal (mirror) or Flip vertical (Flip).
Remember to save your tag often in case PS crashes. I always save my tags as a psd image. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Let's get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Go to layers, New fill layer, solid color. When the pop up window appears type in FFFFFF and click ok.
Drag Rachel's mask into the tag. Hold down the shift key and pull on the corners until the mask fills the canvas.
Drag paper 19 into the mask. Click the check mark.
Standing on the paper layer, right click the layer and create a clipping mask.
Drag element 56 into the tag. Resize 80% and move to the top right of the mask.
Drag element 118 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the top right of the mask over element 56.
Drag frame 4 into the tag. Resize 34% and move to the upper right of the mask.
Drag frame 5 into the tag. Resize 32% and move it over the center of frame 4.
Holding down the Ctrl key, select frame 4 layer. Both layers should be highlighted in the layer pallet. Now right click and merge layers.
Select the layer under the frame. Drag paper 14 into the tag. Resize 51% and move to the center of the frame.
Select the frame layer. Select the magic wand and click in the center of the frame. Go to Select>Modify>expand by 3.
Select the paper layer. Go to Layers>Layer Mask>Reveal selection.
Select the layers you would like to use on the close up tube by clicking on the eyeball to make the layers visible.
Click on the eyeball of a visible layer to hide it. Holding down the Ctrl key, Select each visible layer.
Once all layers are selected hit Ctrl+G on your keyboard to group the layer. Select your move tool and select group 1.
Drag this into your tag. You can close the original and do not save the changes.
Standing on group 1 in the layer pallet, right click and convert to smart object. Your group layers are now one single layer.
Move her into a spot you like best inside the frame. Once happy with placement, hold down the Alt key and click on the mask thumbnail on the paper layer. Still holding down the Alt key,
Drag the mask onto the close up tube layer and let go of the Alt key. You should now have two mask thumbnails. One on the paper layer and one on the tube layer.
Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminosity and lower the opacity to 80%.
Select the layer under the paper layer of the frame. We are going to work under the frame and paper layer.
Drag element 116 into the tag. Click the checkmark and move to the upper left corner of the mask.
Drag element 127 into the tag. Resize 80% and move to the lower left of element 116.
Drag element 128 into the tag. Resize 70% and move to the lower left of element 127.
Drag element 72 into the tag. Resize 35% and move to the upper left of the frame. Now duplicate this layer three more times for a total of four. Move to the upper right, lower right and lower left of the frame.
Select copy 3 of element 72 layer.
Drag element 95 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the upper left of the frame. Now duplicate this layer five more times for a total of six. Move to the top center upper right, lower right and lower left of the frame.
Drag element 73 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the upper left of the frame just right of element 72. Now duplicate this layer three more times for a total of four. Move into the empty spaces between element 72.
Drag frame 1 into the tag. Resize 115% and move over the flowers so it is center of the top frame.
Select the top frame layer.
Drag element 52 into the tag. Resize 46% and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag element 32 into the tag. Resize 65% and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag element 65 into the tag. Resize 67% and move to the bottom of the frame.
Drag element 90 into the tag. Resize 50%, rotate -90 degrees and move to the bottom of the frame over the beads.
Drag element 85 into the tag. Resize 58% and move to the bottom of the frame.
Drag element 33 into the tag. Resize 90% and move to the left side of the frame.
Drag element 38 into the tag. Resize 35% and move to the upper right of element 85.
Drag element 3 into the tag. Resize 38% and move to the left side of element 38.
Drag element 9 into the tag. Resize 28% and move to the bottom of element 3.
Drag element 17 into the tag. Resize 18% and move to the lower left corner of element 38.
Drag element 2 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the lower left corner of element 9.
Drag element 84 into the tag. Resize 44% and move to the bottom right of element 85. Duplicate, mirror and move to the bottom of the balloons.
Drag element 23 into the tag. Resize 19% and move to the lower right of element 85.
Drag element 31 into the tag. Resize 35% and move to the left of element 23.
Drag Wordart into the tag. Resize 60% and move to the bottom of element 31.
Select the layers you would like to use on your tube by clicking on the eyeball to make the layers visible.
Click on the eyeball of a visible layer to hide it. Holding down the Ctrl key, Select each visible layer.
Once all layers are selected hit Ctrl+G on your keyboard to group the layer. Select your move tool and select group 1.
Drag this into your tag. You can close the original and do not save the changes.
Standing on group 1 in the layer pallet, right click and convert to smart object. Your group layers are now one single layer.
Hit Ctrl+T on the keyboard and click on the link between the H & W. Resize 75%, mirror and move to the left of the frame. See mine for placement.
Drag element 30 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag element 22 into the tag. Resize 9% and move to the bottom right of the tube.
Drag element 109 into the tag. Resize 17% and move to the bottom left of the pillow.
Drag element 86 into the tag. Resize 12% and move to the bottom right of the leaves.
Drag element 115 into the tag. Resize 27% and move to the bottom right of the tube.
Drag element 16 into the tag. Resize 17% and move to the bottom left of the leaves.
Drag element 49 into the tag. Resize 17% and move to the left of the leaves.
Drag element 35 into the tag. Resize 75% and move to the bottom left of the leaves.
Drag element 20 into the tag. Resize 49%, mirror and move to the bottom of the bottle.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Image, Image Size and resize 650 on the longest side. See my settings below.
Oh almost forgot we need to drop shadow all of our elements.
Select the element on the bottom of your tag in the layer pallet and double click it.
A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.
Now right click on the layer you just applied the drop shadow. Click copy layer style.
Now click on the layer above and hold down the shift key, click on the layer just under the paper layer. Right click and paste layer style.
Select the frame layer, hold down the shift key, click on the top layer. Right click and paste layer style. Drop shadow complete :)
Add your copyright and name.
Select the tube layer. Right click and duplicate. On the duplicate, right click and clear layer style. Go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian blur set to 3 and click ok. Lower the opacity to 80%.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Open Kiya Designs psd file in PS. You will notice that there is 25 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer. That is ok as we are going to learn how to do this.
We need to group all the layers. Starting from layer 25, hold down your control key and select each odd layer so the next one will be 23 then 21 etc.
Once all the odd layers are selected (the layers will be highlighted in blue) we need to group them.
Go to Layers, Group layers or Ctrl+G on the keyboard. You will see group 1 folder at the top. Make sure Group 1 is selected.
Select the layer you would like the animation to be placed. I selected the paper layer clipped to the mask.
Back to the animation. Click on Group 1 and drag it into your tag. Ctrl+T and resize 60%. Move to a spot you like best. I moved it under the frame clusters.
Close the original animation and don't save changes.
Click on the little white arrow beside Group 1 to expand it. Click on the eyeball of each layer to hide it but leave frame layer 1 visible.
Click on the arrow beside group one to hide it as we do not want to accidentally make any changes.
Next make sure your Timeline viewer is open on the bottom of PS. I you do not see a row that has Timeline on the bottom, go to Windows, Timeline.
Next is animating.
Click on the little icon (four lines) at the right end of the animation screen then select make frames from layers.
You are going to see a big mess in the animation window but we are going to fix this.
Click on the first frame and click on the trash can in the animation window. Repeat this until you reach the first frame of the animation.
Now you should be at the first frame of the animation. Click on frame 14 and hit the trash can. Repeat for all the remaining frames. You should be left with 13 frames in the animation window.
This is the amount of frames for our animation.
This next step is very important. Any changes you do from here you must be on frame 1 in the animation window. It will be highlighted in blue.
Go to the bottom of your tag in the layers pallet. Make sure you have animation frame 1 selected.
Click on the eyeball beside each layer to make it visible. For the white base layer you may have to click on it a couple of times to make it visible in all the animation frames. I
t's a Photoshop thing. Do not touch the group layer.
Next, I want to slow down the animation. With the first frame selected in the animation window, hold down the shift key and click on frame 13. This will select all the frames.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop up window will appear.
I selected 0.2 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we don't accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File>Export>Save for Web (Legacy).
A new pop up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. Click on the image to enlarge it if needed. Click save.
My screen shot will look different but the settings are the same for animating.

Masquerade Queen

Drag paper 10 to the tag and resize 24.69%. Move over the mask in the tag. In the Layer's pallet, right click the paper layer and select create a clipping mask. Holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard, select the payer and mask layer. Right click and convert to smart object.
Duplicate and resize W: 57.78% H: 13.14% and move to the bottom right of the original mask.
Select the original mask layer.
You will probably need to see my example for placement of the next two elements.
Drag elements 45 into the tag. Re size 11.49%. Move to the far-left center of the mask. Right click on the layer and select create a clipping mask.
Change the blend mode to soft
light.
Drag element 30 into the tag. Re size 23.61%. Move to the top left of the mask. Right click on the layer and select create a clipping mask.
Select the top layer.
Drag element 48 into the tag. Re size 22.64%. Move to the top right of the mask.
Drag paper one into the tag. Move this layer under the frame layer. Re size 10.24%. Move the paper into a spot you like best. Select the frame layer. Using your magic wand. Click in the center of the frame. Go to select. Modify. Expand by three. Select the paper layer and hit the mask Icon on the bottom of the layer pallet.
Select the top layer.
Drag element 12 into the tag. Re size 5.81%. Move to the far left of the 1st frame.
Drag element 31 into the tag. Re size 4.59%. Move to the lower right of element 12.
Drag element 16 into the tag. Re size 11.41%. Move. To the left of the candle.
Drag element 27 into the tag. Re size 23.56%. Move to the top right of the 2nd frame.
Drag element 34 into the tag. Re size 7.15%. Move to the bottom left of element 16.
Drag tube Mardi into the tag. Re size 15.51%. Move to the top left of the 2nd frame.
Drag element 9 into the tag. Re size 8.84%. Move to the far right of the 2nd frame about midway down.
Drag element 6 into the tag. Re size 11.43%. Move to the bottom right of tube Mardi.
Drag element 4 into the tag. Re size 8.03%. Move to the bottom left of the dog.
Drag element 1 into the tag. Re size 9.80%. Move to the bottom left of the mask.
Drag element 50 into the tag. Re size 11.34%. Move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag element 8 into the tag. Re size 7.82%. Move to the bottom right of element 50.
Drag element 38 into the tag. Re size 4.91%. Move to the left side of element 1.
Drag element 28 into the tag. Resize. 5.90% and mirror. Move to the bottom of the candy jar.
Drag element 25 into the tag. Re size 4.28%. And move to the bottom left of the present.
Drag element 15 into the tag. Re size 7.79% and mirror. Move to the bottom of the coin.
Drag element 34 into the tag. Re size 4.96%. Move to the right of element 15.
Drag element 16 into the tag. Re size 12.17% and mirror. Move to the bottom of the gold jeweled frame.
Drag element 26 into the tag. Re size 8.80%. Move to the bottom left of element 15.
Drag element 32 into the tag. Re size 7.06% and mirror. Move to the right of the cake.
Drag element 43 into the tag. Re size 5.48%. Move to the bottom right of element 32.
Drag element 21 into the tag. Re size 4.18%. Move to the bottom left of the cake with the mask.
Drag element 44 into the tag. Re size 3.82%. Move to the bottom left of the cake on the right.
Drag element 11 into the tag. Re size 6.88%. Move to the bottom between the mask and the cupcake.
Drag element 24 into the tag. Re size 2.36%. Move to the bottom of the mask.
Drag element 10 into the tag. Re size 1.95%. Move to the bottom right of element 24.
Drag element 42 into the tag. Re size 2.02%. Move to the bottom right of element 10.
Drag element 40 into the tag. Re size 6.58%. Move to the right side of the present.
Drag element 35 into the tag. Re size 6.03%. Move over the jeweled frame at the bottom of the tube.
Drag element 27 into the tag. Re size 14.11%. Move over the Mardi Gras sign.
Drag element 15 into the tag. Re size 6.06%. Move to the bottom left of the Mardi Gras sign.
Drag element 5 into the tag. Re size 11.71%. Move to the bottom of the dog and coin.
Drag element 2 into the tag. Re size 8.23%. Move to the bottom right of the Mardi Gras sign.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Oh, almost forgot we need to drop shadow all of our elements. I do the drop shadow at the end :)

A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings:

Select element 12 layer. Hold down the shift key and select the top layer. Right click and paste layer style.
Drop shadow complete :)
Add your copyright and name.
Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.

Go to layers, New fill layer, solid color. When the pop up window appears type in FFFFFF and click ok.
Drag Vivienne's mask into the tag. Resize W: -29.79 x H: -26.94% and move to the upper center of the tag.
Drag paper 1 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize W: -28.99 x H: -26.23% and move over the mask. Once happy with placement, right click on the paper layer in the layers pallet and select create a clipping mask.
Drag EL22 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 36.90% and move over the mask.
Drag EL26 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Move to the upper right side of the mask. Duplicate and mirror. Move to the lower left side of the mask.
Duplicate the mirrored copy. Resize only the H: to 31.56% and move to the bottom right of the tag. Select the original element 26 layer and duplicate. Resize only the H: to 31.56% and move to the bottom center of the tag. Duplicate this layer and move to the bottom left of the tag.
Drag EL28 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 24.24% and move to the far left of the mask. Duplicate and move to the far lower right of the mask.
Drag EL33 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 79.13% and move to the top center of the mask.
Drag EL23 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate, mirror and move to the lower right of the frame.
Drag EL12 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 26.95%, mirror and move to the left over the upper part of the net.
Drag EL15 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 87.80% and move to the top right of the mask.
Drag EL35 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 23.82% and move to top right of the frame. Duplicate and move to the bottom right of the tag. Duplicate again and mirror. Move over the net on the right. Duplicate the mirrored copy and move to the lower left of the tag.
Drag EL15 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 31.52% and move to the center of the tag.
Drag pp2 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 14.67% and drag this layer under the frame layer. Once happy with placement, select the frame layer. Using the magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Select, modify, expand by 3. Select the paper layer. Go to Layer, Layer mask, Reveal selection.
Select the top layer.
Drag EL13 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 22.41% and move to the far left side of the frame.
Drag EL4 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 17.78%, flip and rotate 90 degrees. Move to the far left of the frame over the feathers. Duplicate and move to the bottom right of the frame over the feathers.
Drag EL30 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Move to the far lower left of the tag.
Drag EL9 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 51.85%, mirror and move to the far left below element 4. See mine for placement.
Drag your tube Mardi into the tag. Resize 52.25% and move to the center of the frame.
Drag EL27 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 15.45% and move to the lower left of the tube.
Drag EL13 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 38.21% and move to the lower center of the tube.
Drag EL30 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Mirror and move to the far lower right of the tag.
Drag EL12b (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 17.95% and rotate -89.90 degrees. Move to the lower left of the tag.
Drag EL1b (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 15.12% and move to the lower center of the tube.
Drag EL31 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 19.25% and move to the lower right of the tube.
Drag EL39 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 43.46% and move to the lower left of the tube.
Drag EL1 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 11.98% and move to the lower right of the rope.
Drag EL7 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 32.84% and move to the upper left of the rope.
Drag EL6 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 10.45%, rotate 49.75 and move to the bottom of EL1.
Drag EL18 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 23.89%, mirror and move to the lower left of the tag.
Drag EL2 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 38.21% and move to the lower center of the tag slightly to the left.
Drag EL6b (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 8.58%, rotate -114.26 degrees and move to the bottom of the cake on the left.
Drag EL40 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 41.08% and move to the lower center of the tag.
Drag EL10 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 41.31% and move to the left side over the cake.
Drag EL1 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 30.78% and move to the lower left of the mask.
Drag EL3 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 42.98% and move to the bottom of element 40.
Drag EL20 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 8.26% and move to the bottom right of element 3.
Drag EL31 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 59.07% and move to the lower center of the bottom elements.
Drag EL20 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 21.74% and move to the lower left of the other mask on the right.
Drag EL29 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 13.12% and move to the right side of the Q.
Drag EL22 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 59.23% and move to the right side of the bottle.
Drag EL4 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 18.18% and move to the bottom of the bottle.
Drag EL38 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 20.24% and move to the right of element 4.
Drag EL25 (from MGK Kit) into the tag. Resize 9.45% and move to the bottom left of element 38.
Drag EL18 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 6.96% and move to the bottom right of element 38.
Drag EL8 (from MGQK Kit) into the tag. Resize 12.32% and move to the bottom left of element 18.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize the tag if needed. I usually resize my tag to a width of 650 if the tag is to large.
Oh, almost forgot we need to drop shadow all our elements. I do the drop shadow at the end :)
Select the element on the bottom of your tag in the layer pallet. I selected EL28 and click the FX button on the bottom of the layers pallet.
A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.
Click on the image to view better.
Now right click on the layer you just applied the drop shadow. Click copy layer style.
Now click on the layer above and hold down the shift key, select the layer under the paper layer. Right click and paste layer styles.
Select the frame layer, holding down the shift key, select the top layer. Right click and paste layer styles. Drop shadow complete :)
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer and export your tag as png.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Select the tube layer, right click, and duplicate.
Standing on the duplicate layer, right click and clear layer style. Go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur, and type in 3. Click ok. Holding down the Ctrl key, click on the original tube layer in the layer's pallet. You will see marching ants. Standing on the duplicate layer, go to Layers, Layer mask, reveal selection. Duplicate the layer. Change to top blurred tube to Screen and lower the opacity to 30%. Select the bottom duplicate blur tube and change the blend mode to soft light and lower the opacity to 50%.
Open Kiya's psd file in PS. You will notice that there is 25 layers in this animation, and it does not have the group layer.
We need to group all the layers. Starting from layer 25, hold down your ctrl key and select each odd layer. So the next one would be 23, 21, 19 all the way down to layer 1.
Next, we need to group these layers. Go to Layers, Group layers or Ctrl + G on the Keyboard. You will see group 1 folder at the top. Make sure Group 1 is selected.
Select the layer you would like the animation to be placed in your tag. I selected the top frame layer.
Make sure Auto-Select on the move tool is not checked when you are working with the animation.
Back to the animation. Click on Group 1 and drag it into your tag. CTRL + T and resize 70%. Move to the middle of the frame so it is behind the tube.
Close the original animation and do not save changes.
Click on the little white arrow beside Group 1 to expand it. Click on the eyeball of each layer to hide it but leave frame layer 1 visible. Click on the arrow beside group one to hide it as we do not want to accidentally make any changes.
Next make sure your Timeline viewer is open on the bottom of PS. I you do not see a row that has Timeline on the bottom, go to Windows, Timeline.
In the center of the Timeline viewer, you will see a drop-down box. On the drop down select Create Frame Animations. You should now see frame one in the timeline.
Next is animating.
Click on the little icon (four white lines) at the right end of the animation screen then select make frames from layers.
You are going to see a big mess in the animation window, but we are going to fix this.
Click on the first frame, hold down the shift key and select the frame layer (animation frame 21) and click on the trash can in the timeline window.
Now you should be at the first frame of the animation. Click on frame 14 and hold down the shift key and select the last frame layer. Click on the trash can in the timeline window. This will leave you with 13 frames.
This next step is particularly important. Any changes you do from here you must be on frame 1 in the Timeline viewer. It will be highlighted in white.
Go to the bottom of your tag in the layer’s pallet. Make sure you have animation frame 1 selected.
Click on the eyeball beside each layer to make it visible. For the white base layer, you may have to click on the eyeball a couple of times to make it visible in all the animation frames. It is a Photoshop thing. Do not touch the group layer.
Next, I want to slow down the animation. With the first frame selected, hold down the shift key and click on frame 13. This will select all the frames.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop-up window will appear.
I selected 0.1 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we do not accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File>Export>Save for Web (Legacy).
A new pop-up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. My screen shot will look different, but the settings are the same.

Carnival Queen
This tutorial was written by me on January 16, 2024. The results are of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PS.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using Adobe Photoshop 2024 but this tutorial should work with any version.

To open an image, I click on the element or paper in the file folder and drag it into PS.
To transfer an element or paper in PS to my tag, I left click and drag it into my working canvas.
The other way is to left click and drag the element from the folder right onto your tag.
For resizing and rotating I use the Ctrl+T command.
To mirror or Flip go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal (mirror) or Flip vertical (Flip).
Remember to save often.
Let's get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new raster layer.
Go to layers, New fill layer, solid color. When the pop up window appears type in FFFFFF and click ok.
Drag Vivienne's mask 28 into the tag. Resize 24.14% and move to the top left of the tag.
Drag paper 3 into the tag. Resize 20.75% and move it over the mask. Once happy with placement, right click and create a clipping mask. Merge these two layers together.
Drag Vivienne's mask 17 into the tag. Resize 26.25% and move to the right of the tag.
Drag paper 10 into the tag. Resize it 15.12% and move it over the mask. Once happy with placement, right click and create a clipping mask. Merge these two layers together. We will come back to this mask later in the tutorial.
Drag element 39 into the tag. Resize 14.67% and move to the center of the masks.
Drag element 13 into the tag. Resize 4.83% and move to the top right of the frame. Duplicate and move to the left of the frame about midway down.
Drag element 43 into the tag. Resize 14.15% and move to the bottom of copy element 13. Duplicate and move to the lower right of the frame.
Drag element 38 into the tag. Resize 10.56% and move over the first frame slightly to the right. Duplicate and move to the top left of the mask.
Drag element 31 into the tag. Resize 5.83% and move to the top right of copy element 38. Duplicate, mirror, flip and move to the lower left of copy element 38.
Drag element 7 into the tag. Resize 4.48% and move over the copy leaf.
Drag element 44 into the tag. Resize 7.16% and move to the top center of the masks.
Drag element 14 into the tag. Resize 6.68% and move to the top left over element 38.
Drag element 17 into the tag. Resize 4.82% and move to the bottom of element 7.
Drag element 34 into the tag. Resize 12.88% and move to the center of the frames.
Drag paper 4 into the tag and move this layer under the frame. Select the frame layer, using your magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Select, modify, expand by 5. Select the paper layer and click on the mask icon on the bottom of the layer pallet. It's right beside the FX icon.
Select the top layer.
Drag element 16 into the tag. Resize 10.98% and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag element 13 into the tag. Resize 7.52% and move to the right of the light staff. Duplicate, mirror and move to the bottom left of the frame.
Drag element 35 into the tag. Resize 3.86% and move to the bottom right of the light staff.
Drag element 26 into the tag. Resize 3.59% and move to the bottom right of element 35.
Drag element 15 into the tag. Resize 8.66% and move to the left of the light staff.
Drag element 42 into the tag. Resize 15.95% and move to the of the second tier of the cake. The Queen should be showing over the cake. Now click on the mask icon on the bottom of the layer pallet. You should see a white thumbnail. Click on that. Using your paint brush with black in the foreground, paint over the word Carnival on the left to hide it. Select your move tool.
Drag element 27 into the tag. Resize 3.62% and move to the bottom right of the wordart.
Drag element 45 into the tag. Resize 3.49% and move to the bottom left of the tag. See my example for placement.
Drag element 32 into the tag. Resize 8.32% and move to the right of the mask.
Drag element 28 into the tag. Resize 7.58%, mirror and move to the bottom of the drum.
Drag the queen tube into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the left side of the frame.
Drag element 37 into the tag. Resize 11% and move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag element 24 into the tag. Resize 5.81% and move to the bottom of element 37.
Drag element 18 into the tag. Resize 6.84% and move to the far right of the wordart.
Drag element 6 into the tag. Resize 11.07% and move to the bottom of the wordart.
Drag element 4 into the tag. Resize 5.97% and move to the bottom of the tube.
Drag element 42 into the tag. Resize 15.95% and move to the bottom of the candles. The Carnival should be showing by the drum. Now click on the mask icon on the bottom of the layer pallet. You should see a white thumbnail. Click on that. Using your paint brush with black in the foreground, paint over the word Queen to hide it. Select your move tool.
Drag element 30 into the tag. Resize 4.62% and move to the bottom left of the rose.
Drag element 11 into the tag. Resize 4.33% and move to the bottom right of the bottle.
Drag element 24 into the tag. Resize 3.30% and move to the bottom left of the bottle.
Drag element 33 into the tag. Resize 6.65% and move to the bottom left of the beads.
Drag element 20 into the tag. Resize 3.63% and move to the bottom of the bottle.
Drag element 4 into the tag. Resize 5.97% and move to the bottom of the tube.
Drag element 29 into the tag. Resize 3.88% and move to the bottom of the glasses on the right.
Drag element 23 into the tag. Resize 4.82% and move to the bottom left of element 29.
Drag element 25 into the tag. Resize 3.40% and move to the bottom left of element 23.
Drag element 10 into the tag. Resize 2.31% and move to the bottom right of element 25.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Resize the tag to your liking if needed. I usually resize mine by 650 on the width side unless it is already smaller than 650.

A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.

Now click on element 20 layer, hold down the shift key, select the layer under paper layer. Right click and paste layer styles.
Select element 38 layer, holding down the shift key, select the top layer. Right click and paste layer styles. Drop shadow complete :)
Add your name and copyright.
If you are not going to animate, hide the white background layer and export as png.
Animation:
Open Kiya's animations in PS. I am using 189 and 191 psd files.
Starting with animation 191.
You will notice there are 25 layers in this animation. Select layer 1, hold down your Ctrl key and select every odd layer 1, 3, 5 etc. All odd layers should be selected. Hit Ctrl + G on your keyboard. This will group all the selected layers. Now this is important. Make sure the Auto-Select is not checked when moving animation into your tag.
Select the paper layer, under the frame, in your tag. Drag the group into the tag. Resize 45% and move to the right of the inside of the frame. Holding down the Alt key on your keyboard, select the mask thumbnail on the paper layer and drag it onto group 1. You should now have two mask icons, one on the paper layer and one on the group layer. Now expand the group and hide each layer by clicking on the eyeball. Leave layer one visible.
Animation 189.
Select the top frame layer in your tag. Drag the group into the tag. Resize 50% and move to the top of the frame. Now expand the group and hide each layer by clicking on the eyeball. Leave layer one visible.
Next make sure your Timeline viewer is open on the bottom of PS. I you do not see a row that has Timeline on the bottom, go to Windows, Timeline.
In the center of the Timeline viewer, you will see a drop-down box. On the drop down select Create Frame Animations.
Now we are ready to animate.
Right now you should have one animation frame in the timeline.
Click on the little icon (four white lines) at the right end of the timeline screen then select make frames from layers.
You are going to see a big mess in the animation window, but we are going to fix this.
Click on the first frame and hold down your shift key and select frame 19 in the animation window. Hit the trashcan on the bottom of the timeline to delete the selected frames. Frame 1 should now be the first animation frame. Select layer 14 and hold down your shift key and select the last layer in the timeline. Hit the trashcan on the bottom of the timeline to delete the selected frames.
This will leave you with 13 frames (same amount of frames of your animation).
This next step is particularly important. Any changes you do from here you must be on frame 1 in the Timeline viewer. It will be highlighted in white.
Go to the bottom of your tag in the layer’s pallet. Make sure you have animation frame 1 selected.
in your layer's pallet, click on the eyeball beside each layer to make it visible. Do not touch any of the the group animation layers.
All layers visible? Yes, then on to the next step.
Still on frame 1 in the timeline. Make your second animation visible by clicking on the eyeball of the folder. You won't see the animation yet but that is ok. In the timeline, hit the plus sign to duplicate this layer. You will now have frame 2 selected. Now expand the second animation and make frame 1 visible by clicking on the eyeball. Now select frame 1 and delete it by hitting the trash can.
We now have 13 frames again. Now we need to make the second animation visible on all the frames.
Select frame 2 in the timeline. Now make frame 3 in your layers pallet visible.
Select frame 3 in the timeline. Now make frame 5 in your layers pallet visible.
Repeat the above steps until all 13 frames show the second animation.
Select frame 1 again.
Next, I want to slow down the animation. With the first frame selected (in the timeline), hold down the shift key and click on frame 13. This will select all the frames.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop-up window will appear.
I changed the speed to 0.2 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we do not accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File>Export>Save for Web (Legacy).
A new pop-up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. My screen shot will look different, but the settings are the same.
