Fruit Fantasy
This tutorial was written by me on May 25, 2024. The results
are of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely

This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of
PSP.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am
creating the tag.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things
so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any
version.
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous kit called "Fruit Fantasy" created by Bella Caribeña. You can purchase the kit here. The tube used in the tag is not included with the kit.
PTU AI Tube: I am using a beautiful AI tube from “tube pack Fruit Fantasy” created by Bella Caribeña. Please do not use this tube without a proper license. You can purchase the tubes here.
Mask: I used the mask included with the kit.
Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.
I am using Vertical 0, Horizontal 3, Opacity 65 Blur 10 color black.
I use Vivienne’s drop shadows quite a bit as I really like
the looks of her shadows. Thank you for
letting me use your settings for my tutorials.
An image can get blurred when you resize it in PSP. I use unsharpen mask for each item. Vivienne has wonderful tips and tricks on how
to do this here.
Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.
Let’s get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent
image. We will resize later. Flood
fill with white.
Remember to sharpen and drop shadow each image as you create
the tag.
Copy and paste Mask 1 into the tag. Resize 80% and move to the top right of the
tag. Duplicate and resize 90% and mirror. Move to the lower left of the tag.
Copy and paste AI element 14 into the tag. Resize 50% and move to the top right of the
tag. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 24 into the tag. Resize 50% and move to the lower left of
element 14. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 13 into the tag. Resize 50% and move to the lower left of element
24. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 54 into the tag. Resize 15% and move onto the steps of element
13. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 18 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom of element
13. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 35 into the tag. Resize 15% and move onto the bottom left of
element 18. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 17 into the tag. Resize 23% and move onto the bottom right of
element 14. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 27 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the right of element
13. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 63 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of the
top mask. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste element 22 into the tag. Resize 35% and drag this under AI element 63
layer. Move to so it shows under element 63.
Duplicate, drag this layer under element 13 and move to the bottom of
the mask.
Copy and paste element 37 into the tag. Resize 15% and drag this under element 63
layer. Move to so it shows above the top of element 63. Drop Shadow
Copy and paste AI element 11 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the right side of
element 37. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 70 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the lower left of
element 63. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 8 into the tag. Resize 47% and move to the bottom of the
tag. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste element 6 into the tag. Resize 60%.
Drag below element 8 layer and move to the bottom of the tag. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 15 into the tag. Resize 15% and drag this under element 8
layer. Move to the bottom left of element 6.
Drop Shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 72 into the tag. Resize 15% and move to the bottom left of
element 15. Drop Shadow.
Select element 8.
Copy and paste AI element 45 into the tag. Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of
element 8. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste tube of choice into the tag. I am using tube 1. Past as a new layer and resize 35%. Move to the bottom of element 8. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste element 8 into the tag. Resize 20% and drag this under the tube
layer. Move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drop Shadow.
Select the tube layer.
Copy and paste element 17 into the tag. Resize 15% and move to the bottom left of the
tube. Drop Shadow.
Copy and paste element 24 into the tag. Resize 20%, mirror and move to the bottom of element
17. Drop Shadow.
Copy and paste element 1 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of element
17. Drop Shadow.
Copy and paste AI element 29 into the tag. Resize 12% and move onto the bottom right of
the tube. Drop shadow.
Select element 22 and duplicate three times. Arrange them under the grass layer to a spot
you like best (element 6). I placed mine
at the top left, lower right and bottom center.
Add any other elements you would like and made any
adjustments.
Crop and resize your tag.
I resize mine to 650px on the width as that is what fits my blog best.
Add your name and copyright.
Hide the white background and save as png.

Ocean Beauty

PTU Tube: I am using a beautiful tube called "Beautiful Mermaid 4" created by Alex Prihodko. Please do not use this tube without a proper license.

PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "Ocean Beauties" created by Bella Caribena. You can purchase the kit at Dreaming with Bella here.
Mask: I used the masks provided in the kit.

Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it. Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Let's get started.
Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes. I always save my tags as a pspimage. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Open a new 800x750 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
Open Mask 2, copy and close the original. Paste as a new layer.
Open Mask 1, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste.
Open element 103, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move about half way down the mask and drop shadow.
Open element 11, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the mask.
Open element 125, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask.
Open element 130, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right so it covers the edge of element 11.
Open element 33, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top center of the ruins.
Open element 66, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom far right of the ruins.
Open element 72, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top of the rocks on the right.
Open element 83, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the ruins.
Open element 123, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the octopus.
Open element 134, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the ruins.
Open element 106, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, image, free rotate to the right 15 degrees and sharpen. Move to the upper right (see mine for placement). Using your magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and drag this under the frame layer. Open paper of choice. I am using paper 5, copy and close the original. Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections. Keep selected. Select your tube close up and mirror it. Copy, select the paper layer and paste. Resize 40% and move her into the frame. Once happy with placement, Selections, invert and with the close up tube layer selected hit delete on the keyboard. Select none, Sharpen the close up and change the blend mode to overlay. Drop shadow the frame.
Open element 61, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left side of the frame.
Open element 184, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right side of the frame.
Open element 28, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the grass on the right.
Open element 69, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left side of the frame.
Open element 31, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the frame.
Open element 131, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the frame.
Open element 107, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the mask.
Open element 58, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the far left of the mask.
Open element 40, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the stone spray.
Open element 113, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move up and to the right slightly. Drop shadow.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom so she looks like she is sitting on the stone spray.
Open element 87, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40% sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right so it is in front of her fins.
Open element 112, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25% sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the coral.
Open element 111, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40% sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left in front of the tube.
Open element 14, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40% sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right so it is in front of the coral.
Open element 32, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40% sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom center of the helmet.
Open element 32, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40% sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom center of the helmet.
Open element 25, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40% sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the helmet.
Open element 109, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the seaweed.
Open element 76, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the ship.
Open element 45, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the over the tube's top fin.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
Export as a png.

Open paper of choice. I am using paper 9, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Go to layers, new mask layer, from image. In the drop down locate Vivienne's mask 53 and click ok. Merge group and resize the mask by 95%.
Open element 140, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the upper left of the mask.
Open element 10, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left about midway down the mask just under element 140 .
Open element 44, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper right of the mask.
Open element 107, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the big tree.
Open element 96, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the mask slightly overlaping the tree.
Open element 22, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the door. Duplicate and move to the far right at the bottom of the trees.
Open element 110, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tree.
Open element 122, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the door.

Open element 111, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the mask in front of element 89.
Open element 95, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left in front of element 111.
Open element 7, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right corner of the tag.
Open element 120, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right corner of the tag.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move up and to the right slightly.
Open element 38, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tube.
Open element 11, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the basket.
Open element 93, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the basket.
Open element 88, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube.
Open element 97, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the clock.
Open element 90, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 17%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the bottle and glass.
Open element 21, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30% and again by 90%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of right of the fern.
Open element 72, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of right of the glass & bottle.
Open element 90, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 17%, sharpen, free rotate to the right 90 degrees and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the dog.
Open element 92, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 12%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom ini front of the dog.
Open element 106, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the left of the fern.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Animating the tag. Make sure your tag is saved as a psp image file as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Open Rebel Dezigns psd file in psp. Shift + D to duplicate it and close the original. Do not save any changes as a psd file will merge into one layer. We do not want this to happen. You will notice that there is 25 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer. That is ok as we are going to learn how to do this so it matches the animation layers of the tube.
We need to group all the odd layers. Starting from layer 25, hold down your control key and select each odd layer so the next one will be 23 then 21 etc. Once all the odd layers are selected (the layers will be highlighted in blue) we need to group them. All odd layers selected?
Next we need to group these layers. Go to Layers, New layer group. Scroll all the way to the top and you will see Group 1 with all the odd layers as sub layers.
Select group 1, copy and close the original. Select your tag layer and paste. When you paste grouped layers it will always go to the top. Standing on group one select the link icon to link all the layer. Click the arrow beside the new group to hide all the sub layers.
Drag this group down the layer pallet to a spot you like. I dragged it down to just above the tube layer. I moved it down to the left so it was behind the turtle.
Ok we are now finished our tag and ready to animate.
Open Animation shop and go back to psp.
With only frame 1 of the animations visible, edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation shop.
Edit, paste as new animation or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.
**Back to psp.
Hide Frame 1 by clicking on the eyeball and unhide frame 3 by clicking on the eyeball. Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation Shop.
We need to paste after current frame. Go to edit, paste after current frame. Keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+L**
Repeat from **to** until you have 13 frames in animation shop. It will tell you on the bottom right corner how many frames you have.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.

Open element 40, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the mask.
Open element 113, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the gold mask.
Open element 128, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left over the gold leaves.
Open element 102, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left over the dial.
Open element 54, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the mask.
Open element 71, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Drop shadow.
Open element 82, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top center of the mask.
Open element 177, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper left so it is over the center of the cog.
Open element 8, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper right so it is over to top branch.
Open element 167, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower right of the flower cluster.
Open element 16, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right edge of element 167.
Open element 111, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower right in the middle of element 167.
Open element 121, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50% and sharpen. Move to the left about midway down of the mask. Open element 142, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left over the frame.
Open WA 3, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left over the frame.
Open element 9, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left over the top of the frame.
Open element 14, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the mask.
Copy your main tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move up slightly.
Open element 92, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Drag this layer under the ground spray layer and move just left of the tube.
Open element 72, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube.
Open element 112, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom.
Open element 45, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the gauge.
Open element 79, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 18%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the gauge.
Open element 171, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube.
Open element 147, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the luggage.
Open element 59, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube.
Open element 182, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the luggage.
Open element 168, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 12%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the glove.
Open element 133, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom.

Enchanted Fantasy

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.
Animation shop (optional)
PTU Tube: I am using a beautiful tube called "Azure Elf" created by Verymany. Please do not use this tube without a proper license.
You can purchase this tube at Verymany's store here.
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "Enchanted Fantasy" created by Dreaming with Bella. You can purchase the kit here.
PTU Animation: I am using Rebel Dezigns animation 1409 from package 469. You can purchase her fun animation at CDO here.
Mask: Mask 60 by Vivienne's Paintbox. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the jpg versions for this tutorial. Open and minimize in PSP.
Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.
Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot. You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)
Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it. Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Let's get started.
Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes. I always save my tags as a pspimage. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Open a new 750x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
Open paper of choice. I am using paper 16, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Layers, new mask layer, from image. In the Source window drop down find Mask_DFly_0020.jpg and click ok. Merge group. You can close the original mask as we no longer need it.
Open element 108, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Select the mask layer, select all, float, defloat, invert, select the tree layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Select none and change the blend mode to hard light.
Open element 25, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Drop shadow and move to the top center of the mask.
Open element 61, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow. Move to the upper right of the mask. Change the blend mode to Screen, duplicate and merge down.
Open element 40, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask.
Open element 37, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask just right of the tree.
Open element 33, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask just right of the tree.
Open element 7, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left so it shows on the upper corner of the wall.
Open element 49, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the wall.
Open element 89, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left of the brick wall.
Open element 110, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left of the brick wall to it lines up with the top of the wall.
Open element 61, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the tree.
Open element 66, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right side of the wall.
Open element 62, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 45%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the wall.
Open element 36, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move slightly to the left.
Open element 56, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the mask.
Open element 53, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Drop shadow. Leave it where it is.
Open element 48, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the bushes.
Open element 45, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the blue bush but slightly overlapping. See mine for placement.
Open element 111, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left beside the blue butterfly. Duplicate and move to the bottom right of the fern.
Open element 45, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the bushes.
Open element 58, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the bushes.
Open element 103, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left so it looks like she is sleeping on element 58.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move up and to the left slightly.
Open element 44, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom center of the tube.
Open element 86, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube.
Open element 11, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the mushroom.
Open element 69, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube so it covers the edge.
Open element 67, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the just to the right of the rock.
Open element 104, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom so she is siting on top of the tree.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate, hide the white layer and save as png.
Animation:
Animating the tag. Make sure your tag is saved as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Open Rebel Designs ani 1409 in psp.
You can use all 25 layers if you chose but it will be heavy on the animation. I am going to only use all odd numbered layers.
Standing on layer 25 in the layer pallet, hold down your Ctrl and select the next odd number layer 23. Repeat this until you have all odd number layers highlighted in the layer pallet. All odd layers selected? Now for the next step.
Go to layers, New group layer. A window will pop open and click ok.
Scroll all the way to the top. You will see a new layer called Group 1 with all the even layers under it. This is what we want to see :). Beside the group 1 layer you will see a little white arrow pointing down. Click on this to collapse the animation. In the upper right of the layer pallet you will see an icon that looks like a chain link. Click on this. You will now notice a change link on your group 1 layer. This will lock all the layers so when you need to move it or resize it all the layers under group 1 will move or resize at the same time.
Standing on group 1, go to edit and copy. Now back to your tag and paste as a new layer. Unfortunately, the ani will only paste to the very top. Click on the little white arrow beside group 1 to collapse it again. Close off the original animation as we will not need it and do not save.
I want group 1 to be above the large green bush layer. Select group 1, left click your mouse and drag the group layer down the layer pallet until it is above the top tube layer. Or you can go to Layers arrange, Move down and repeat this until it is above the large green bush layer.
Move the animation into a spot you like best. I moved mine so it shows about the center of the tube. Resize to your liking. To resize the animation select the group 1 layer. When you resize just the group 1 layer it will resize all the layers.
Next step.
Select the little arrow beside group 1. This will expand the group.
You will see all the numbered layers. Starting with frame 25, click on the eyeball beside this layer repeat this step for all the layers so only layer 1 is visible.
Open animation shop.
Back to psp. With only frame 1 of the animation visible, edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation shop.
Edit, paste as new animation or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.
**Back to psp.
Hide Frame 1 by clicking on the eyeball and unhide frame 3 by clicking on the eyeball. Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation Shop.
We need to paste after current frame. Go to edit, paste after current frame. Keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+L**
Repeat from **to** until you have 13 frames in animation shop. It will tell you on the bottom right corner how many frames you have.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.

Beauty of the Night

PTU Animation: I am using Kiya Designs animation 90 from package 30. You can purchase her fun animation at her store here.
Mask: I am using the masks included with the kit.

Let's get started.
Remember to save your tag often in case PS crashes. I always save my tags as a psd image. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
To open an image, I click on the element or paper in the file folder and drag it into PS.
To transfer an element or paper in PS to my tag, I left click and drag it into my working canvas.
The other way is to left click and drag the element from the folder right onto your tag.
Either way you will get the same results :). I will be using the first method for this tutorial.
For resizing, and rotating I use the Ctrl+T command.
To mirror or Flip go to Edit, Transform, Flip Horizontal (mirror) or Flip vertical (Flip).
File>new 750x800 px transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
Drag Masks 1 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 170%. Click the check mark.
Drag Masks 2 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 150%. Click the check mark.
Drag element 36 into your tag. Click the check mark and move to the top left of the mask. Duplicate and move to the right.
Drag element 114 into your tag. Click the check mark and move to the top left of the of the trees.
Drag element 79 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 60%. Click the check mark. Move to the top left of the mask over the trees.
Select the tree layer.
Drag paper 14 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 60%. Click the check mark. Move the paper into the frame into a spot you like best.
Select the frame layer. Using the magic wand, click inside the frame, Select, modify, expand by 5.
Select the paper layer. Right click and Rasterize it. Go to layers, mask layer, reveal selection.
Select the house layer.
Drag element 125 into your tag. Click the check mark and move under the frame.
Select the frame layer.
Drag element 126 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 70%. Click the check mark. Move to the top right of the frame.
Drag element 58 into your tag. Click the check mark and move to the bottom center of the frame.
Drag element 81 into your tag. Click the check mark and move to the bottom left of the frame.
Drag element 7 into your tag. Click the check mark and move to the bottom center of the frame.
Drag element 8 into your tag. Click the check mark and move to the right of the frame.
Drag element 97 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 30%. Click the check mark. Move to the top left of the frame.
Drag element 86 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 40%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom left of the figure.
Drag element 26 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 50%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom left of the mask by the web.
Drag element 24 into your tag. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom of the top mask. We need to get rid of the sharp edges. Holding down the ctrl key, click on the thumb nail for mask 2. Select, modify, contract by 20, inverse. Standing on element 24 layer hit delete on your keyboard about 4x. If you receive an error about the laying being a smart object, right click on the layer and Rasterize the layer. Select none.
Drag element 58 into your tag. Click the check mark and move to the bottom left of the ground.
Drag element 45 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 50%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom of element 58.
Drag element 116 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 50%. Click the check mark. Move to the top right of the ground.
Drag element 30 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 70%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom right of the mask.
Drag element 26 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 40%. Click the check mark. Move to the top right of the stone.
Select the main tube. click and drag it over to your tag. Hit Ctrl + T. In your tool bar. Click on the link between the Width and Height to lock them. When we type in a number it will resize both the width and Height as the same time. Type 35% in the Width and then click on the check mark at the end of the tool bar. Move the tube to the center of the tag.
Drag element 54 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 30%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom right of the tube.
Drag element 39 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 17%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom left of the leaves.
Drag element 37 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 25%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom right of the cat.
Drag element 48 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 20%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom left in front of the crow.
Drag element 109 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 60%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom of the tube.
Drag element 88 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 30%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom right of the candles.
Drag element 112 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 50%. Click the check mark. Edit,Transform, Flip Horizontal. Move to the bottom right of the crystal ball.
Drag element 128 into your tag. Click the link icon between the W and H and resize 50%. Click the check mark. Move to the bottom center of the candles.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Image, Image Size and resize 650 on the longest side. See my settings below.
Oh almost forgot we need to drop shadow all of our elements. I actually do the drop shadow at the end :)
Select the element on the bottom of your tag in the layer pallet and double click it.
A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.
Now right click on the layer you just applied the drop shadow. Click copy layer style.
Now click on the layer above and hold down the shift key, click on the layer just under the paper layer. Right click and paste layer style. Select the frame layer, holding down the shift key, select the top layer. Rick click and paste layer styles. Drop shadow complete :)
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Open Kiya Designs psd file in PS. You will notice that there is 16 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer. That is ok as we are going to learn how to do this so it matches the animation layers of the tube.
We need to group all the layers. Starting from layer 16, hold down your control key and select each layer so the next one will be 15 then 14 etc. Once all the layers are selected (the layers will be highlighted in blue) we need to group them. All layers selected?
Next we need to group these layers. Go to Layers, Group layers or Ctrl+G on the keyboard. You will see group 1 folder at the top. Make sure Group 1 is selected.
Select the layer you would like the animation to be placed. I selected the ground layer.
Back to the animation. Click on Group 1 and drag it into your tag. Move to a spot you like best. I moved it to the left of the ground over the web. Ctrl + T and resize 25%.
Close the original animation and don't save changes.
Click on the little white arrow beside Group 1 to expand it. Click on the eyeball of each layer to hide it but leave frame layer 1 visible. Click on the arrow beside group one to hide it as we do not want to accidentally make any changes.
Next make sure your animation viewer is open on the bottom of PS. I you do not see a row that has Animation (Frames) on the bottom, go to Windows, Animation.
Next is animating.
Click on the little icon at the right end of the animation screen then select make frames from layers.
See my screen shot below.
You are going to see a big mess in the animation window but we are going to fix this.
Click on the first frame and click on the trash can in the animation window. Repeat this until you reach the first frame of the animation.
Now you should be at the first frame of the animation. Click on frame 17 and hit the trash can. Repeat for all the remaining frames. You should be left with 16 frames in the animation window. This is the amount of frames for our animation.
This next step is very important. Any changes you do from here you must be on frame 1 in the animation window. It will be highlighted in blue.
Go to the bottom of your tag in the layers pallet. Make sure you have animation frame 1 selected.
Click on the eyeball beside each layer to make it visible. For the white base layer you may have to click on it a couple of times to make it visible in all the animation frames. It's a Photoshop thing. Do not touch the group layer.
Next, I want to slow down the animation. With the first frame selected in the animation window, hold down the shift key and click on frame 16. This will select all the frames.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop up window will appear.
I selected other and typed in 0.15 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we don't accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File, save for web device.
A new pop up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. Click on the image to enlarge it if needed. Click save. My screen shot will look different but the settings are the same for animating.
