This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies needed

I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.

Animation shop

PTU tube:  I am using a fabulous new Barbara Jensen animated tube "Sad Sack" You can purchase this beauty at Barbara's store here.

PTU Kit:  I am using an awesome kit called "Vintage Haunting" created by Pink Paradox Productions.  You can purchase this kit at Barbara Jensen's store here.

PTU Animation:  Designs by Kiya's animation 64 from package 20.  You can purchase this awesome ani at Barbara Jensen's store here.

Mask:  Mask 54 by Vivienne's Paintbox. Thank you for your awesome masks.  You can download it from her blog here. I am using the jpg versions for this tutorial.  Open and minimize in PSP.

Font of choice for your name.

Drop shadow of choice.

Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot.  You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)

Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it.  Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Let's get started.

Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes.  I always save my tags as a pspimage.  It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.

We will be using the psd animation files for this tutorial.

Open a new 750x800 transparent image.  We will resize later.

Add a new layer and flood fill with white.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 23, copy and close the original.  Paste as new raster layer then go to Layers, new mask layer, from Image and locate the mask in the drop down.  Apply the mask and merge group.  Resize by 95%.

Open element 107, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Duplicate and move down and slightly to the right.

Open element 157, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 70% and sharpen.  Move to the top of the mask.

Open element 89, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top center of the mask slightly to the right.

Open element 160, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30% and again by 70%, sharpen, duplicate, merge down, and drop shadow.  Move to the top of the headstone.

Open element 94, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the top grass spray.

Open element 56, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20% and again by 80%, free rotate to the right by 20 degrees, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the headstone.

Open element 147, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the headstone.

Open element 29, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the picture.

Open element 4, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the of the bottles.

Open element 145, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the of the picture.

Open element 144, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top left of the mask. Duplicate and move to the right of element 89.  Duplicate one more time and move to the right of the second headstone and up slightly.

Open element 133, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the left over the bottom left grass layer.  Use the erase tool to erase the part that is showing on the grass past the building.

Open element 106, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top of the mask over the left grass layer.

Open element 163, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the center of the building.  

Open element 84, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the building.

Open element 132, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top left of the of the board.

Open element 69, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move over the leaf that is on the board.

Open element 82, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the left of the mail.

Open element 97, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the of the board.

Open element 62, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the well.

Open element 134, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the left of the clock.

Open element 126, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the left of the clock.

Open element 138, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the clock.

Open element 5, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the clock.

Open element 39, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the clock.

Open element 109, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the pumpkin.

Open element 3, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the pumpkin.

Open element 104, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the green spray.

Open element 25, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the phonograph.

Open element 23, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the hat slightly to the left.

As it is hard to picture the tag without a tube, I opened the psd file in paint shop and copied one of the tubes from the animation. Once you have copied your tube, close the psd file but do not save.  Back to the tag.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 17% and move to the bottom of the rocks.  I am not going to be doing any drop shadow or anything as I will be deleting this layer.  I just need a visual of tube on the tag.  We will also be using this as a marking place for the animation later.

Open element 108, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the mask.

Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Crop away any extra space.  Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

Animating the tag.  Make sure your tag is saved as a psp image file as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.

Might want to grab a coffee :)

Open Barbara Jensen's animated tube "Sad Sack"  Shift + D to duplicate it and close the original.  Do not save any changes as a psd file will merge into one layer.  We do not want this to happen.

Select the group one layer on the psd file and copy.

Back to your tag.  Select the top layer and paste.   You can close the duplicate Sad Sack psd file now as it is no longer needed.  If you want to save the changes of this file you will need to save it as a pspimage file.

Make sure you are on the group layer, and click the link icon to lock all the layers.  Click on the little down arrow beside group one to hide all the sub layers.

Go to Image, resize 15% and make sure all layers are not checked.  Ok now we need to drag this layer down the layer pallet to the temp tube layer.  Select the pick tool and move move her over the temp tube.  Delete the temp tube layer. 

Now that we resized the animation, we will need to sharpen and drop shadow each layer.  Carefully, select each layer and do the following.  Select layer 1 Adjust sharpness, sharpen and drop shadow.  Repeat this for the remaining 15 layers.  When clicking on the layer make sure you do not move the tube.  Once you have all 16 layers sharpened and drop shadowed, hide all the layers and make sure only layer one is visible.  Select the group layer and click on the arrow to hide the sub layers.  

If you do not want to use a second animation skip to the Open Animation shop step.

Open Designs by Kiya's animation 64.  Shift + D to duplicate it and close the original.  Do not save any changes as a psd file will merge into one layer.  We do not want this to happen.  

You will notice the animation is pink but I want it more black and white.  Starting with frame 16.

Select frame 16 layer,  Go to effects, photo effect, black and white film.  I used the default settings.  Click ok.  Repeat the black and white film effect on all the frame layers.

We need to group all the layers.  Starting from layer 16, hold down your control key and select each layer so the next one will be 15 then 14 etc.  Once all the layers are selected (the layers will be highlighted in blue).  All layers selected?  Next we need to group these layers.  Go to Layers, New layer group.  Scroll all the way to the top and you will see Group 1 with all the layers as sub layers.  Click on the eyeball beside each layer to hide it and only leave frame layer 1 visible.

Select group 1, copy and close the original.  Select your tag layer and paste.  When you paste grouped layers it will always go to the top.  Standing on group one select the link icon to link all the layer.  When you paste the animation it will automatically rename to Group 2. Click the arrow beside the new group to hide all the sub layers.

Drag this group down the layer pallet to a spot you like.  I dragged it down to just below the tube group.  Resize 50%.  Select the pick tool and move the animation behind the tube.

Ok we are now finished our tag and ready to animate.

Open Animation shop and go back to psp.

With only frame 1 of both animations visible, edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation shop.

Edit, paste as new animation or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.

**Back to psp.

Hide Frame 1 by clicking on the eyeball and unhide frame 2 by clicking on the eyeball. You need to do this for each animation.  Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation Shop.

We need to paste after current frame.  Go to edit, paste after current frame.  Keyboard shortcut  Shift+Ctrl+L**

Repeat from **to** until you have 16 frames in animation shop.  It will tell you on the bottom right corner how many frames you have.  

Now we need to slow down the animation.  Go to Edit, select all or Ctrl + A.  Animation, frame properties. In the display Time (in 1/100th sec): box type in 20 and click ok.

Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished.  I use the default settings.

Open element 185, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right side of the moon.

Open element 188, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right side of the purple tree.

Open element 11, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move over the tree.

Open element 106, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right side of the mask about half way down the tree.

Open element 169, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top right of the stone fence.

Open element 55, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top left of the stone fence.  See mine for placement.

Open element 8, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left of the mask.

Open element 149, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow.

Note: We will be placing out animated tube here.

Open element 153, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left of the mask.

Open element 183, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube.

Open element 175, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the tube's shoulder.

Open element 186, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right over the tube's shoulder.

Open element 178, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the tube.

Open element 172, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower right middle of the mask.

Open element 123, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left over the leaves.

Open element 135, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 18%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right and up slightly from the blue rose.

Open element 119, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 23%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left over the blue rose.

Open element 120, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower right side of the mask.

Open element 141, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the purple flower.

Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Crop away any extra space.  Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

Delete the temporary tube layer.

Animating the tag.  Make sure your tag is saved as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.

Might want to grab a coffee :)

Open animation shop and open Barbara Jensen's Butterfly Fae.mng in animation shop.  Resize the animation by 25%.

Back to psp.

We need to group the bottom layers of our tag.  Starting from the Lilac layer (Element 149), holding down the Ctrl key, click on each layer including the white layer.  Go to layers, new layer group.  

With group1 highlighted, click on the chain link icon.  

Still on Group 1, go to Edit, copy.

Back to animation shop.  You will notice there are 25 frames in the animation so we need 25 frames for our tag.  

Paste as new animation or Ctrl + v.

Now holding the Shift+Ctrl tap the L 24 times for a total of 25 frames.

Select Barbara Jensen's animated tube.  Select all (Ctrl+A) and copy (Ctrl+C)

Select the tag layer and select all.

We need to paste into selected frames.  Go to Edit, Paste into selection or Ctrl + E.

The tube will be hanging off your mouse pointer.  Move the tube into place and left click the mouse.

If you do not like the placement just hit Ctrl + Z to undo it and then Ctrl + E to replace the tube.

Once you are happy with placement you can close out Barbara's tube and do not save.

Back to psp.

Click on they eyeball beside the group layer to hide it.

Select all.

Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to animation shop.

Paste as new animation or Ctrl + v.

Now holding the Shift+Ctrl tap the L 24 times for a total of 25 frames.

Select all.

Back to the main tag ani.

Select all.

We need to paste into selected frames.  Go to Edit, Paste into selection or Ctrl + E.

The top part of your tag will be hanging off your mouse pointer.  Move the it into place and left click the mouse.

If you do not like the placement just hit Ctrl + Z to undo it and then Ctrl + E to redo the placement.

One you have all 25 frames in animation shop, go to Edit, select all then Animation, frame properties.  

When the pop up box appears change the number to 20 and click ok.

Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished.  I use the default settings.

Open element 120, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste.  Resize 70%, sharpen and move about the center of the mask.

Open frame 2, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 55% and sharpen.  Using the magic wand click in the center of the frame.  Selections, Modify, expand by 5.  Add a new raster layer and drag under the frame.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 20, copy and close the original.  Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections.  Select none and drop shadow the frame.

We are going to work under the frame/paper layer for now.

Open element 96, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste.  Resize 20% and sharpen.  Move to the far right of the heart frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Might need to move it out slightly.  Merge down the two roses.  Duplicate this layer.  Image free rotate to the right by 40 degrees.  Move to the upper part of the heart frame.  I used my pick tool to pull in the top and bottom corner slightly so it would fit nicer.  Duplicate and mirror.  Merge the three rose layers together and drop shadow.

Open element 91, copy and close the original.  Select the mask layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  I duplicated it 6x for a total of seven layers.  I move them as follow.  Top center of the frame.  On the left side of the frame I moved three to the right of each pink flower.  On the right side of the frame I moved three to the left of each pink flower.  Once happy with placement, merge these layers together.

Open element 103, copy and close the original.  Select the black flower layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  I duplicated it 6x for a total of seven layers.  I move them as follow.  Top center one on each side of the black flower.  On the left side of the frame I moved two to the right of each black flower.  On the right side of the frame I moved two to the left of each black flower.  Once happy with placement, merge these layers together.

Open element 112, copy and close the original.  Select the white flower layer and paste.  Resize 40% and sharpen.  Move to the top right of the heart frame.  Duplicate and move to the top left. Duplicate this layer.  Image free rotate to the right by 90 degrees.  Move to the right side heart frame.  Duplicate again and mirror.  Merge the vine layers together and drop shadow.

Open element 83, copy and close the original.  Select the paper layer under the frame and paste.  Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to about the center of the frame.  Select the paper layer, select all, float, defloat and invert.  Standing on the city layer, hit delete on your keyboard.  Select none.

We are now going to work above the frame.

Open element 3, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the left side of the frame about midway.

Open element 110, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 40% and sharpen.  Move to the bottom left of the heart frame.  Image free rotate to the left by 25 degrees.  Duplicate and mirror.  Drop shadow each layer.

Open element 105, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top right of the leaf.

Open element 109, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right of the leaf about midway.

Open element 72, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30% and sharpen.  Move to the bottom left of the heart frame.  Image free rotate to the right by 25 degrees and drop shadow.  Move over the right leaf.

Open element 53, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the card so it covers part of the white flower. 

Open element 100, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen, and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the card.  

Open element 94, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the card.  

Open element 54, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the pink flower.  

Open element 63, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow.  Move to the top of the left black leaf.  

Open element 21, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow.  Move to the left of the record. 

Open element 69, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the cookie. 

Open element 98, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the music sheet. 

Open element 44, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow.  Move to the right of the cookie. 

Open element 102, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the bottle.

Open your tube.  Hits Shift+D on your keyboard to duplicate the tube.  Close the original.  Resize 45% all layers checked.  Go to adjust, sharpen and apply a drop shadow for each of the 16 layers.  Holding down your Ctrl key select each layer from 1 to 16.  Once they are all highlighted in Blue go to Layers, New layer group and click ok.  The important part of working with a grouped psd image is to always make sure the Group 1 layer is selected.  Copy and paste to your tag.  With group 1 selected using your pick tool, move her up slightly.  Click on the little white arrow to hide all the sub layers for now.

Open element 115, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom center of the tube.

Open element 111, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20% and sharpen.  Move to the bottom left of element 115.  Duplicate, mirror and move to the bottom right of element 115.

Open element 71, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom center of the tube.

Open element 52, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the diary.

Open element 94, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the diary.

Open element 76, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the center of the diary.

Open element 43, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the ereader.

Open element 41, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the ereader.

Open element 39, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 16%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the perfume.

Open element 37, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the diary.

Open element 96, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move over the right leaf on the bottom.

Open element 36, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the makeup case.

Open element 25, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the makeup case.

Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Crop away any extra space.  Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

Animating the tag.  Make sure your tag is saved as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.

Open Kiya Designs Animation 64.psd in psp.

There are 16 frame layers that we need to group.  

Holding down your Ctrl key, click on each frame layer starting from 16 and ending at 1.  Once all your layers are highlighted, go to layer, new group layer.  

With group1 highlighted, click on the chain link icon.  

Still on Group 1, go to edit copy.  You can close the original ani as we no longer need it.  Do not save changes.

Select the tag and paste as a new layer.  

When you paste the animation it will always go to the top of the layer pallet.

Still standing on the Group 1 layer, click on the little white arrow to collapse the animation.  This will make it easier for moving the ani.

Drag the animation down the layers pallet until it is between the city layer and paper layer.

Resize the animation by 60%, all layers not checked.  Move up so you see it above the city.

Next, select the paper layer, go to select all, float, defloat.  Select group 1 layer.  Go to Layers, new mask layer, Show selections.

In the layers pallet you will notice a new group layer Group - Group 1 with the mask layer under it then the Group 1 under that.  We want this :).  Standing on Group - Group 1 layer, click the link icon so it links the mask to the ani.  

Click on the little down arrow beside Group 1 to expand it.  We will need Group - Group 1 selected or highlighted when we start to copy and paste to animation shop.

Only frame 1 should be visible on both animations. If not, click on they eyeball next to each of the frame layers to hide them.

Go to Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Open Animation shop and paste as new animation for Ctrl + C.

****Back to psp.  

Hide frame 1 and unhide frame 2 on both animations.

Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation shop.

Edit, paste after current frame or Ctrl + Shift + L.****

Repeat from **** TO **** until you have 16 frames in Animation shop.  It will show you in the bottom right corner of AS.

Select all, Animation, frame properties and change the value to 20.

Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished.  I use the default settings.

Supplies needed

I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.

Animation shop (optional)

PTU tube:  I am using a fabulous new Barbara Jensen layered tube "Champagne Evening" from package 116.  You can purchase this beauty at Barbara's store here. 

PTU Kit:  I am using a beautiful kit called "Magic & Moondust" created by Pink Paradox Productions.  You can purchase this  kit at Barbara Jensen's store here.

PTU Animation: I am using Kiya Designs awesome animation 58 from her new package 18.  This animation is exclusive to Barbara Jensen's store and you can purchase it here.

Mask:  Mask 353 by Mizteeques. Thank you for your awesome masks.  You can download it from her blog here. I am using the jpg versions for this tutorial.  Open, mirror and minimize in PSP.

Font of choice for your name.

Plug in: None

Drop shadow of choice.

Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot.  You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)

Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.

Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it.  Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Let's get started.

Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes.  I always save my tags as a pspimage.  It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.

Open a new 750x800 transparent image.  We will resize later.

Add a new layer and flood fill with white.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 41, copy and close the original.  Paste as new raster layer then go to Layers, new mask layer, from Image and locate the mask in the drop down.  Apply the mask and merge group.  Resize the mask by 105%.

Open element 189, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste. Resize 80%.

Open frame 11, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50% and sharpen.  Move to the top center of the mask.  Using your magic wand, click in the center of the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Add a new raster layer and move this under the frame.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 39, copy and close the original.  Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections.  Select none and drop shadow the frame.

Open element 149, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste. Drag this layer under the frame and paper layer.   Resize 50% and sharpen.  Move to the top left of the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Drop shadow each layer.

Open element 161, copy and close the original.  Select the top lilac layer and paste. Resize 70% and sharpen.  Move to the left of the frame over the lilac.  Duplicate and mirror.  Drop shadow each layer.

Open element 110, copy and close the original.  Select the top mask layer and paste.  Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the frame.  Duplicate and move to the right bottom of the frame.

Open element 199, copy and close the original.  Select the top flower layer and paste.  Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the left of the frame.  Duplicate and move to the right of the frame.

Open element 150, copy and close the original.  Select the frame layer and paste.  Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the frame.

Open element 134, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the frame.

Open element 122, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the petals.

Open element 174, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the blue rose.

Open element 73, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left of the frame.

Open element 156, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move in front of the silver leaves.

Open element 109, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the frame.

Open your tube.  Select the layers you want to use.  Once happy with your choice go to Edit, copy special, copy merged and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste. Resize 80%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the center of the frame.

Open element 154, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the tube.

Open element 7, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left by the petunias.

Open element 50, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the tube.

Open element 127, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the fan.

Open element 178, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the fan.

Open element 119, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 22%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the vine.

Open element 111, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right corner of the stones.

Open element 36, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right so the bird is sitting on the fountain.

Open element 8, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the over the frame on the left.

Open element 30, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the white flower.

Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Crop away any extra space.  Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

If you do not want to animated, hide the white layer and save as png.

Animating the tag.  Make sure your tag is saved as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.

Open Kiya Designs animation 58 psd file in psp.  Shift + D to duplicate it and close the original.  Do not save any changes as a psd file will merge into one layer.  We do not want this to happen.  You will notice that there is 16 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer.  That is ok as we are going to learn how to do this so it matches the animation layers of the tube.

We need to group all the layers.  Starting from layer 16, hold down your control key and select each layer so the next one will be 15 then 14 etc.  Once all the layers are selected (the layers will be highlighted in blue) we need to group them.  All layers selected? 

Next we need to group these layers.  Go to Layers, New layer group.  Scroll all the way to the top and you will see Group 1 with all the layers as sub layers.  

Select group 1, copy and close the original.  Select your tag layer and paste.  When you paste grouped layers it will always go to the top.  Standing on group one select the link icon to link all the layer.  Click the arrow beside the new group to hide all the sub layers.

Drag this group down the layer pallet to a spot you like.  I dragged it down to just just above the frame layer.  Resize the Group 1 layer by 40% all layers not checked.  Select the group 1 layer if you have not already and move it up to the top of the frame.  

Ok we are now finished our tag and ready to animate.

Open Animation shop and go back to psp.

With only frame 1 of the animation visible, edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation shop.

Edit, paste as new animation or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.

**Back to psp.

Hide Frame 1 by clicking on the eyeball and unhide frame 2 by clicking on the eyeball of each animation. Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation Shop.

We need to paste after current frame.  Go to edit, paste after current frame.  Keyboard shortcut  Shift+Ctrl+L**

Repeat from **to** until you have 16 frames in animation shop.  It will tell you on the bottom right corner how many frames you have.  

Select all, Ctrl+A on the keyboard.  Animation, Frame properties and change the animation speed to 15.

Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished.  I use the default settings.
