Floral Fantasy
This tutorial was written by me on May 27, 2024. The results
are of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely
coincidental.

This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of
PSP.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am
creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things
so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any
version.
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "Floral Fairy" created by Tiny Turtle Designs. You can purchase the kit here.
PTU Tube: I am using a beautiful tube called "Floral
Fairy" created by Verymany. Please do not use this tube without a
proper license. You can purchase this tube here.
Mask: No outside masks used.
Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice. I am using Vertical 0,
Horizontal 3, Opacity 55 Blur 10 color black.
I use Vivienne’s drop shadows quite a bit as I really like
the looks of her shadows. Thank you for letting me use your settings for
my tutorials. I’ve lowered the
horizontal to 3.

An image can get blurred when you resize an element or tube
in PSP. I use unsharpen mask for each
item. Vivienne has wonderful tips and
tricks on how to do this here.

Let’s get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent
image. We will resize later. Flood
fill with white.
Copy and paste floral fairy 2 into your tag. Resize 80% and move to the top centre.
Copy and paste floral fairy 53 into your tag. Resize 65% and move to the top right of the
mask. Open floral fairy 3 into PSP and copy. Select the frame layer, using your magic wand
select inside the frame. Go to selections> modify> expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and drag this layer
under the frame layer. Standing on the
new raster layer, go to edit and paste into selection. Select none.
Drop shadow the frame.
Copy and paste floral fairy 175 into your tag. Resize 70%
and move to the right of the frame.
Copy and paste floral fairy 171 into your tag. Resize 40%
and move to the right of the frame. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 41 into your tag. Resize 70% and
move to the lower left of the frame. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 29 into your tag. Resize 20% and move to the top of the frame
just right of the castle. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 174 into your tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom of the
castle. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 129 into your tag. Resize 50% and move over the upper part of
the castle. See mine for placement.
Copy and paste floral fairy 112 into your tag. Resize 70%
and drag this layer under the castle layer. Move to the bottom left of the
castle so it shows under the castle. Drop shadow.
Select the castle layer.
Copy and paste floral fairy 115 into your tag. Resize 30%
and move to the bottom left of the castle. Drop shadow. Select floral fairy 112 layer and duplicate
it. Drag the duplicate down so it shows
under the unicorn.
Copy and paste floral fairy 47 into your tag. Resize 80% and move to the bottom right of
the frame. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 75 into your tag. Resize 10% and move to the top of element
47. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 82 into your tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom of element
47. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 140 into your tag. Resize 12% and move to the bottom left of the
tube. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 17 into your tag. Resize 20%, mirror and move to the bottom
right over the rock. Drop shadow.
Open the tube in PSP.
I am including the wings which are on a separate layer.
Go to Edit> copy special> copy merge. Back to your tag. Edit paste as a new layer. Resize the tube by 30% and drop shadow. Move towards the bottom of your tag. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 178 into your tag. Resize 25% and move to the bottom left of the
tube. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 92 into your tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of the
tube. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 182 into your tag. Resize 10% and move to the bottom of element
92. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 18 into your tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of element
182. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 21 into your tag. Resize 15%, mirror and move to the bottom of
the tube over the rock. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 32 into your tag. Resize 10% and move to the left of the teapot
by the tubes foot. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 5 into your tag. Resize 5% and move to the bottom right of the
element 21. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 31 into your tag. Resize 10% and move to the bottom left of the
element 21. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 85 into your tag. Resize 10% and move to the bottom left of element
21. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 26 into your tag. Resize 10% and move to the bottom left by the
flowers. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 27 into your tag. Resize 10% and move to the bottom left so it
is sitting on the bottom rock by the flowers.
Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 55 into your tag. Resize 5% and move to the top right of the by
the tube’s head. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 87 into your tag. Resize 5% and move to the bottom by the
snail. Drop shadow.
Copy and paste floral fairy 108 into your tag. Resize 8% and move to the bottom on top of
the rock. Drop shadow.
Add any other elements you would like and made any
adjustments.
Crop and resize your tag. I resize mine to 650px on
the width as that is what fits my blog best.
Add your name and copyright.
Hide the white background and save as png.

I love Icecream

Animation shop (optional)
PTU Tube: I am using a beautiful tube called "Ice-cream 2" created by Verymany. Please do not use this tube without a proper license.

PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "Summer Romance" created by Doodle by Design. You can purchase the kit here.
PTU Animation: I am using Kiya Designs animation Gone fishing 1.psd from package Gone Fishing pack 1. You can purchase her fun animation here.
Mask: Mask 275 by Misteeques. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the jpg versions for this tutorial. Open mirror and minimize in PSP.
Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.

Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot. You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)
Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it. Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Let's get started.
Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes. I always save my tags as a pspimage. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
Open paper of choice. I am using paper 12, copy and close the original. Paste as a new layer. Layers, new mask layer, from image and find the mask in the drop down. Click ok and merge group. You can close the mask as we no longer need it.
Open element 123, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Change the blend mode to Luminance (L). Move up and to the right.
Open frame 6 copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 90% and sharpen Move up slightly.
Open Kiya's Gone Fishing 01 animation. Duplicate and close the original.
Starting from frame 20, hold down your ctrl key and click on each layer to select it. When you reach layer 2, click on the eyeball beside this layer to hide all the layers. Holding down the Ctrl key again, click on frame 1. We want only frame one visible. Go to layers, new layer group. On group 1 layer, select the link icon to link all the layers.
Standing on group 1, edit, copy. Select the tag and paste. The animation will always past to the top. Click on the white arrow beside group 1 to hide all the sub layers. Go to layers, arrange, send to the bottom. Drag group 1 up the layer pallet to just below the frame layer. Resize 40%, all layers not checked. Select the pick tool and move your animation into the frame to a spot you like best.
Select the frame layer, using the magic wand, click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Select group 1 layer, go to layers, new mask layer, show selection. Select none. You will notice there is now a group group 1 layer. Click on this layer and then click on the link icon. Click on the little white arrow to hide all the sub layers.
We will come back to this layer when we are animating.
Open element 61, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the frame.
Open element 128, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the frame.
Open element 111, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the mask.
Open element 112, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom center of the frame.
Open element 65, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask.
Open element 21, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the bottom center of the mask and drop shadow.
Open element 113, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower right of the mask by the sand.
Open element 116, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left of the tree.
Open element 64, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top center of the mask.
Open Wordart 6, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right. See mine for placement.
Open element 55, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom so it covers the umbrella stand.
Open element 56, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 85%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the sand layer.
Open element 115, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the sand layer.
Open element 50, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the sand layer.
Open element 38, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the bag.
Open element 63, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom in front of the pail.
Open element 60, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left in front of the shells.
Open element 13, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the bag.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left.
Open element 29, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom by her knee.
Open element 18, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right by the shell bottle.
Open element 1, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15%, free rotate to the right 10 degrees, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right by the shell.
Open element 26, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 18%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left by the lantern.
Open element 49, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left in front of the bottom of the shell.
Open element 52, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right close to her foot.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
Make sure your tag is saved as a pspimage as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.
Non-animated tag. If you want to keep your tag in layers in case you want to animate at a later date , hide the white background layer and go to file export, png optimizer and export you png tag.
Animating the tag.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Open animation shop.
Back to psp.
Scroll down the layer pallet until you see Kiya's animation. Click on the little white arrow to expand it if the sub layers are hidden.
With only frame layer 1 of the animation visible, go to edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to animation shop.
Paste as new animation or Ctrl + V.
***Back to psp.
Click on the eyeball to hide layer one then click on the eyeball next to layer 2 to make it visible. Go to edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to animation shop.
Edit, paste, after current frame or Shift+Ctrl+L.***
Repeat from ***to*** until you have 20 frames in animation shop. I will show you in the bottom right corner of animation shop.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.

Open element 40, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the top left of the mask and drop shadow.
Open element 29, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the mask.
Open element 8, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, free rotate to the left by 15 degrees, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask.
Open element 79, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the left slightly and drop shadow.
Open element 41, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the beach sign.
Open element 42, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right just at the bottom of the fence.
Open element 76, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right just slightly overlapping the white flower.
Open element 4, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70% and sharpen. Move about half way down the mask. Using the magic wand, click inside each opening of the frame. Add a new raster layer and drag this under the frame. Open paper of choice. I am using paper 11, copy and close the original. Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections. Keep selected. Copy the close up tube and paste as a new layer. Move into a spot you like best inside the frame. Once happy with placement, go to selections, invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Select none. Change the blend mode to hard light and lower the opacity to 40. Drop shadow the frame.
Open element 37, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move slightly down and to the left. Drop shadow.
Open element 60, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left corner of the frame.
Open element 52, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the frame between the first and second part.
Open element 91, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 65%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the frame between the third and fourth part.
Open element 7, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the beach ball.
Open element 9, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the crate.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move up and to the left slightly. See my example for placement.
Open element 6, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube.
Open element 19, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left side of the books by the book tie.
Open element 49, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the bottom right of the books and drop shadow.
Open element 50, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the books.
Open element 23, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the books.
Open element 46, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the mask.
Open element 5, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the flowers.
Open element 18, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the boat.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
Animating the tag. Make sure your tag is saved as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.

Open animation shop.
Open Kiya Designs Animation 1.psd in psp.
There are 20 frame layers that we need to group.
Holding down your Ctrl key, click on each frame layer starting from 20 and ending at 1. Once all your layers are highlighted, go to layer, new group layer.
With group1 highlighted, click on the chain link icon.
Still on Group 1, copy. You can close the original ani as we no longer need it. Do not save changes.
Select the tag and paste as a new layer.
When you paste the animation it will always go to the top of the layer pallet.
Still standing on the Group 1 layer, click on the little white arrow to collapse the animation. This will make it easier for moving the ani.
Drag the animation down the layers pallet until it is between the close up tube layer and paper layer.
Resize the animation by 50%, all layers not checked.
Next, select the paper layer, go to select all, float, defloat. Select group 1 layer. Go to Layers, new mask layer, Show selections.
In the layers pallet you will notice a new group layer Group - Group 1 with the mask layer under it then the Group 1 under that. We want this :). Standing on Group - Group 1 layer, click the link icon so it links the mask to the ani.
Click on the little down arrow beside Group 1 to expand it. We will need Group - Group 1 selected or highlighted when we start to copy and paste to animation shop.
Only frame 1 should be visible. If not, click on they eyeball next to each of the frame layers to hide them.
Go to Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Open Animation shop and paste as new animation for Ctrl + C.
****Back to psp.
Hide frame 1 and unhide frame 2.
Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation shop.
Edit, paste after current frame or Ctrl + Shift + L.****
Repeat from **** TO **** until you have 20 frames in Animation shop. It will show you in the bottom right corner of AS.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.

Open element 4, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top of the mask slightly to the right.
Open element 116, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the mask about midway.
Open element 81, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the mask.
Open element 59, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top of the mask slightly to the left.
Open element 27, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move slightly to the left and drop shadow.
Open element 142, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 65%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top center of the mask.
Open element 84, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left of the mask about half way down.
Open element 80, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right just at the bottom of the grass.
Open element 118, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left at the bottom of the flamingo flower cluster.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move up and to the left slightly.
Open element 90, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube's bending leg.
Open element 123, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube.
Open element 97, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 123.
Open element 134, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 97.
Open element 106, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 134.
Open element 76, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the flower cluster.
Open element 14, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 106.
Open element 94, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the shell.
Open element 103, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the dragon fruit.
Open element 130, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom just left of the drink.
Open element 110, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom just left of the drink.
Open element 13, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the dragon fruit.
Open element 43, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the pineapple.
Open element 114, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move down slightly.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Animating the tag. Make sure your tag is saved as a psp image file as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.

Open Kiya Designs animation 36 psd file in psp. Shift + D to duplicate it and close the original. Do not save any changes as a psd file will merge into one layer. We do not want this to happen. You will notice that there is 16 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer. That is ok as we are going to learn how to do this so it matches the animation layers of the tube.
We need to group all the layers. Starting from layer 16, hold down your control key and select each layer so the next one will be 15 then 14 etc. Once all the layers are selected (the layers will be highlighted in blue) we need to group them. All layers selected?
Next we need to group these layers. Go to Layers, New layer group. Scroll all the way to the top and you will see Group 1 with all the odd layers as sub layers.
Select group 1, copy and close the original. Select your tag layer and paste. When you paste grouped layers it will always go to the top. Standing on group one select the link icon to link all the layer. Click the arrow beside the new group to hide all the sub layers.
Drag this group down the layer pallet to a spot you like. I dragged it down to just just below the top flamingo. Resize the Group 1 layer by 40% all layers not checked. Move to the left of the tube so you see it between the tube and flamingo. Select the group 1 layer if you have not already.
Ok we are now finished our tag and ready to animate.
Open Animation shop and go back to psp.
With only frame 1 of the animation visible, edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation shop.
Edit, paste as new animation or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.
**Back to psp.
Hide Frame 1 by clicking on the eyeball and unhide frame 2 by clicking on the eyeball of each animation. Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation Shop.
We need to paste after current frame. Go to edit, paste after current frame. Keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+L**
Repeat from **to** until you have 16 frames in animation shop. It will tell you on the bottom right corner how many frames you have.
Select all, Ctrl+A on the keyboard. Animation, Frame properties and change the animation speed to 15.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.

Supplies needed
I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.
Animation shop (optional)
PTU Tube: I am using a beautiful tube called "Steampunk 37" created by Verymany. Please do not use this tube without a proper license. You can purchase this tube at Verymany's store here.
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "Steampunk 37" created by Kizzed by Kelz. You can purchase the kit here.
PTU Animation: I am using Kiya Designs animation 32 & 33 from package 11. You can purchase her fun animation here.
Mask: Mask 81 by Vivienne's Paintbox. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the jpg versions for this tutorial. Open and minimize in PSP.
Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.
Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot. You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)

Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it. Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Let's get started.
Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes. I always save my tags as a pspimage. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Open a new 750x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
Open paper of choice. I am using paper 7, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Go to layers, new mask layer, from image and select Vivienne's mask in the drop down. Apply mask and merge group. Resize 95%.
Open element 77, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right the mask above the clock. Duplicate and move to the far left by the clock hands of the mask.
Open element 6, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left the mask.
Open element 146, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left over element 6.
Open element 53, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the clock.
Open element 119, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste and drop shadow. Move to the top center the mask.
Open element 58, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70% and sharpen. Move to the far left by the clock hands on the mask. Using your magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Add a new raster layer and drag this under the frame layer. Open paper of choice. I am using paper 13, copy and close the original. Select the new raster layer. Edit, paste into selections. Select none and drop shadow the frame.
Open element 14, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left of the frame.
Open element 34, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the frame.
Open element 35, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom side of the frame.
Open element 69, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right side of the frame.
Open element 134, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 69.
Open element 140, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of element 69.
Open element 139, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 69.
Open element 142, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the top between the clock and cog cluster. Drop shadow.
Open element 63, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top center of the frame.
Open element 132, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 45%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the mask.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move up and to the right slightly.
Open element 55, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube so it covers the edge.
Open element 90, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of element 55.
Open element 91, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tube.
Open element 83, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of element of the hat box.
Open element 76, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of element 55.
Open element 149, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the watch.
Open element 115, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the watch.
Open element 28, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube so it covers the edge.
Open element 37, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube so it covers the edge.
Open element 93, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the bag.
Open element 108, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the bag.
Open element 118, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right in front of the wordart.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Ok we are now finished our tag and ready to animate.
Open Animation shop and go back to psp.

Open element 21, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and move to the top of the mask and slightly to the left.
Open element 57, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 90%, sharpen and drop shadow.
Open element 77, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the center of element 21.
Open element 71, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left of element 77.
Open element 58, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70% and sharpen. Using the magic wand click in the center of the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Add a new raster layer and drag this layer under the frame. Open paper of choice. I am using paper 8, copy and close the original. Standing on the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections. Select none and drop shadow the frame.
Open element 37, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen, free rotate to the right 20 degrees and drop shadow. Move to the right side of the frame about center.
Open element 95, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right side over the heart.
Open element 68, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right side of the frame about midway up. Duplicate and drag this layer under element 57. Move to the top left corner.
Open element 62, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right side over the heart.
Open element 15, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left so the top butterfly is above the word tag.
Open element 26, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the word tag.
Open element 63, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the word tag.
Open element 25, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the poppy. Duplicate and move to the left and down slightly. See mine for placement.
Open element 4, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the frame.
Open element 39, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right covering the stem.
Copy your main tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move slightly up and to the left.
Open element 122, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube's leg.
Open element 127, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube's leg.
Open element 103, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tube's leg.
Open element 81, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom center of the tube's legs.
Open element 17, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube's leg.
Open element 144, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the rose vase.
Open element 74, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 45%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom covering the vase and drink.
Open element 78, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the bottle with wings
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Select group 1, copy and close the original. Select your tag layer and paste. When you paste grouped layers it will always go to the top. Standing on group one select the link icon to link all the layer. Click the arrow beside the new group to hide all the sub layers.
Drag this group down the layer pallet to a spot you like. I dragged it down to just above the tube layer. I moved it down and slightly to the right. Resize the Group 1 layer by 40% all layers not checked.
