This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.
Animation shop (optional)
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous kit called "Amazon" created by Hania's Design. You can purchase the kit at Elegance Fly here.
PTU Tube: I am using Attila's beautiful tube Amazon. Please do not use this tube without a proper license. You can purchase this beautiful tube at Elegance Fly here.
PTU Animation: I am using Sophisticat Simone's animation that is included with the kit.
Mask: Mask 63 by Vivienne's Paintbox. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the jpg versions for this tutorial. Open and minimize in PSP.

Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.
Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot. You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)
Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it. Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Let's get started.
Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes. I always save my tags as a pspimage. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Open a new 750x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
Open paper of choice. I am using paper 9, copy and close the original. Go to layers, new mask layer, from image. Locate Vivienne's mask in the drop down and click ok. Merge group.
Open element 95, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top of the mask.
Open element 102, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the rock layer.
Open element 43, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move up and to the right slightly. Drop shadow.
Open element 106, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tree.
Open Wordart 3 copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the rocks.
Open element 64, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the mask.
Open element 105, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the mask.
Open element 2, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the bamboo.
Open element 100, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40% and sharpen. Move to the bottom left of the bamboo.
Open element 45, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right so it covers the lion partially. Duplicate and mirror. Move slightly to the left. Drop shadow each layer.
Open element 10, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the lion.
Open element 19, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the of the rock.
Open element 23, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask.
Open element 110, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the trees and bamboo.
Open element 94, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left so he is sitting on the rock.
Open element 47, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right so it covers the bottom of the leaf.
Open element 69, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left so it covers the bottom of the rock.
Open element 116, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the rock on the left.
Open element 113, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top of the grass.
Open element 40, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom so it is above the grass.
Open element 27, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right.
Open element 25, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the head.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move down to the bottom of the grass.
Open element 37, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right so it covers the tube's knee.
Open element 76, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube.
Open element 41, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 76.
Open element 51, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the book.
Open element 61, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom center of the tube.
Open element 82, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the leaf.
Open element 54, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube on the grass.
Open element 99, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top of the palm tree.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate, hide the white background and export at png.
Animating the tag. Make sure your tag is saved as a psp image file as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Open animation shop.
Open Sophisticat Simone's Animation 27.mng In the bottom right corner it will show you there is 22 frames. We will need this many frames for our tag.
Go to Animation, resize animation and when the pop up box show up, select percentage of Original and change the number to 40. Click ok.
Back to PSP.
Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to animation shop.
Edit, paste as new animation or Ctrl + V on the keyboard. Now hold down the Shift + Ctrl and tap the L on your keyboard 21 times. If you look in the bottom right corner you will see you now have 22 frames for the tag.
Select all or Ctrl + A.
Select Simone's animation and select all and copy, Ctrl + C on the keyboard.
Select the tag and go to edit, paste into selections or Ctrl + E on the keyboard.
The animation will be hanging off your mouse pointer. Move it into a spot you like best. I moved mine over the bottle. Once happy with placement, left click your mouse button. If you do not like the placement just hit Ctrl + Z to undo it and then hit Ctrl + E again.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.

Open element 99, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper left of the mask.
Open element 34, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper left of the by the castle. Duplicate and move to the lower right of the mask. See mine for placement.
Open element 65, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper left by the castle.
Open element 47, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 80% aand move to the bottom left of the mask. Duplicate and mirror. Move to the upper right of the mask.
Open element 42, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the top center of the mask.
Open element 65, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper left by the castle.
Open element 29, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the top center of the gate and drop shadow.
Open element 4, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left of the gate.
Open element 75, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left of the gate.
Open element 78, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the gate.
Open element 31, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper left by the of the gate.
Open element 81, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move close to the bottom of the mask, duplicate, resize 95% an move to the bottom of the mask. Merge both layers together.
Open element 14, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper right of the sand. See mine for placement.
Open element 6, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower right of the sand. See mine for placement.
Open element 72, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower right of the sand. See mine for placement.
Open element 66, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left of the trees. See mine for placement.
Open element 56, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left over element 66. See mine for placement.
Open element 96, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left of element 66. See mine for placement.
Open element 59, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the lower left of element 66.
Open element 83, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move down about the middle of element 81.
Copy the Adult dragon tube, I used the rainbow colored dragon, select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom center of the mask.
Open element 95, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the lower right of the dragon and drop shadow.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30% and again by 95%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move down slightly.
Open element 78 again, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right in front of the crystal. Duplicate and drag this layer under the tube layer. Move to the left behind the skirt.
Open element 82, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, free rotate to the right 90 degrees, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tubes leg to the top of the staff is over the crystal.
Open element 15, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the staff. See mine for placement.
Open element 41, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the leaf. See mine for placement.
Open element 18, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the mushrooms. See mine for placement.
Open element 100, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left in front of the mushrooms.
Open element 7, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of element 100.
Open element 39, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the over element 100.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate, hide the white background and export as png.

Open Simone's mng animation in Animation shop. Note there are 16 frames. We will need to have 16 frames for our tag.
Go back to psp.
Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation shop.
Edit, paste as new animation or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V. Next holding down the shift+Ctrl tap the L on your keyboard 15 times. This will give us 16 frames to match the animation.
Select Simone's animation and select all. Ctrl+A
Animation, mirror.
Animation, flip.
Animation, resize animation by 40%
With all the frames selected, edit, copy or Ctrl+C on the keyboard.
Select your tag and select all.
Go to edit, paste into selected frames or Ctrl+E on the keyboard.
The animation will be hanging of your mouse pointer. Line up the animation with the baby dragon's mouth. Once happy with placement, left click your mouse. If you do not like how the animation looks , hit Ctrl+Z on the keyboard then repeat the Ctrl+E and line it up again.
Close Simone's animation and do not save changes.
Now we need to slow down the animation. Go to Edit, select all or Ctrl + A. Animation, frame properties. In the display Time (in 1/100th sec): box type in 12 and click ok.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.

Open element 115, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow.
Open element 62, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left.
Open element 105, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of element 62.
Open element 85, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left.
Open element 94, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left about halfway up element 85.
Open element 68, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move over the right jellyfish.
Open element 99, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 85.
Open element 18, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top just right of element 62.
Open element 58, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left.
Open element 15, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 80%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right.
Open element 11, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the water. Duplicate, drag this layer under the water and move to the top right of the water.
Open element 60, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the far right of the mask about midway.
Open element 33, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the far right of the mask about midway.
Open element 71, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the dolphin. See mine for placement.
Open element 22, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the dolphin's tail. See mine for placement.

Open element 88, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 26.
Open element 75, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the mermaid's tail.
Open element 92, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube slightly over the water.

Open element 88, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of element 26.
Open element 75, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the mermaid's tail.
Open element 92, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube slightly over the water.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
Make sure your tag is saved as a psp image file as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.
Hide the white background and export as png.

Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it. Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Let's get started.
Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes. I always save my tags as a pspimage. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Open a new 750x800 transparent image.
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
Open element 84, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60% and move to the upper right.
Open element 90, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60% and move to the bottom left. Select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer. Open paper of choice, I am using paper 5, copy and close the original. Standing on the new raster layer, go to edit, paste into selections. Select none and delete the original mask layer.
Open element 78, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the lower mask.
Open element 24, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the upper mask.
Open element 36, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the hill.
Open element 92, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Drop shadow and move up to the left slightly.
Open element 34, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the sand of the top hill and slightly to the left.

Open element 30, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the lower hill.

Open element 60, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the books.
Open element 54, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the snake.
Copy your tube. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move down slightly.
Open element 73, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tube.
Open element 82, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube.
Open element 2, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the leaves.
Open element 6, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the fence.
Open Wordart 3, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tube.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
Animating the tag. Make sure your tag is saved as a psp image file as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
If you do not want to animate, hide the white background layer and export as png.
Open Kiya's animated 37 in animation shop.
Go to animation, resize by 40%.
Back to psp.
We need to prepare our tag to take into animation shop.
Starting from the bottom, hold down your ctrl key and click all the layers up to and including the web layer. Layer, new layer group.
ok we are now ready to start to animate.
Select group 1 and go to edit, copy.
Back to animation shop.
Edit, paste as new animation or Ctrl + V.
There are 24 frames in Kiya's animation so we will need 24 frames for our tag.
Holding down the Shift + Ctrl tap the L on your keyboard 23 times. We now have 24 frames. It will show you how many frames you have in the bottom right corner of AS.
Go to edit, select all.
Back to Kiya's animation, select all, edit, copy.
Back to the base tag.
Go to edit, paste into selected frames.
The animation will be handing off your mouse pointer but it will be hard to see. I clicked on the first brand on the left of the tree. See my screen shot below.
View your animation by going to view, animation. Mine is just over the web. If you are happy with placement continue to the next step. If you do not like the animation placement, hit ctrl + Z on your keyboard to undo the last step then ctrl + E to paste into selected frames.
You can close Kiya's animation as we no long need it. Do not save changes.
Back to psp.
Select the group 1 layer and click on the eyeball to hide the group. Now we will only have the top of the tag visible. Go to Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to animation shop.
Edit, paste as new animation or Ctrl + V.

Select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer. Open paper of choice, I am using paper 11, copy and close the original. Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections. Select none and delete the black mask layer.
Open element 75, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask.
Open element 3, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the house.
Open element 18, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right so it is beside the tomb stone of the mask.
Open Wordart 1, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the mask so the B lines up with the bottom cloud.
Open element 32, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the mask.
Open element 50, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the dirt.
Open element 97, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the T in the wordart.
Open element 13, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Drop shadow and move to the top right of the dirt.

Open element 36, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the hill.
Open element 6, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the grass.
Open element 29, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top of the mushroom.
Select the layers you wish to use. Edit, copy special, copy merged. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move down to the bottom so it looks like she is sitting on the leaves.
Open element 42, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube by her shoe.
Open element 19, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the basket.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Open Sophisticat Simones Animation mng file in animation shop. In the bottom right corner it will show you there is 3 frames. We will need this many frames for our tag.
Go to Animation, resize animation and when the pop up box show up, select percentage of Original and change the number to 40. Click ok.
Back to psp.
We need to prepare our tag to take into animation shop.

OK we are now ready to start to animate.

Back to Simone's animation, select all, edit, copy.
Back to the base tag.
Go to edit, paste into selected frames.

Back to psp.

Open element 19, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 80%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top left of the mask. See mine for placement.
Open element 49, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top right of the mask.
Open element 31, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move up and to the left slightly. See mine for placement.
Open element 75, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Drop shadow and move to the top of the tree so it covers the sharp edge of the web.
Open element 25, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the middle of the web.
Open element 99, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, mirror and sharpen. Move to the bottom of the mask slightly to the right. Select the magic wand and click inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 20. Add a new raster layer and drag this under the frame layer. Open paper of choice. I am using paper 59, copy and close the original. Select the new raster layer and paste into selections. Select none and drop shadow the frame. Move the paper up and to the right slightly.
Open element 26, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow.
Open element 40, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the frame.
Open element 45, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the mask.
Open element 59, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the frame.
Open element 03, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the top of the sign.
Open element 39, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the frame.
Open element 93, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the frame.
Open element 24, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 20%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow. Drag this under the mushroom house layer and move to the bottom right of the house.
Open element 5, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the branch.
Open element 58, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the stump.
Open element 41, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left so it is on top of the cheese.
Open element 68, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the door on the house.
Open element 48, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40% and sharpen. Move to the bottom left of the cheese. Duplicate, mirror and move to the bottom right of the mushroom house. Drop shadow each layer.
Select the layers you wish to use. Edit, copy special, copy merged. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 18%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move down to the bottom so it looks like she is sitting on the leaves.
Open element 69, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tube in front of the lantern.
Open element 92, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 70%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube so it looks like it is resting on her leg.
Open element 65, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the tube in just to the left of the right knee.
Open element 72, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left corner of the straw.
Open element 64, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tube in front of the right knee.
Open element 04, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right of the tube by the knee of the extended leg.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.

Open Rebel Dezigns psd file in psp. Shift + D to duplicate it and close the original. Do not save any changes as a psd file will merge into one layer. We do not want this to happen. You will notice that there is 25 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer. That is ok as we are going to learn how to do this so it matches the animation layers of the tube.
We need to group all the odd layers. Starting from layer 25, hold down your control key and select each odd layer so the next one will be 23 then 21 etc. Once all the odd layers are selected (the layers will be highlighted in blue) we need to group them. All odd layers selected?
Next we need to group these layers. Go to Layers, New layer group. Scroll all the way to the top and you will see Group 1 with all the odd layers as sub layers.
Select group 1, copy and close the original. Select your tag layer and paste. When you paste grouped layers it will always go to the top. Standing on group one select the link icon to link all the layer. Click the arrow beside the new group to hide all the sub layers.
Drag this group down the layer pallet to a spot you like. I dragged it down to just above the cloud. Resize by 50%. Select group 1 and mirror. Select the pick tool and moved it up to the top of the tree. See mine for placement.
Expand the group layer and hide all they frames by clicking on the eyeball beside each frame. Leave frame 1 visible.
Ok we are now finished our tag and ready to animate.
Open Animation shop and go back to psp.
With only frame 1 of the animations visible, edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation shop.
Edit, paste as new animation or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.
**Back to psp.
Hide Frame 1 by clicking on the eyeball and unhide frame 3 by clicking on the eyeball. Edit, copy special, copy merged.
Back to Animation Shop.
We need to paste after current frame. Go to edit, paste after current frame. Keyboard shortcut Shift+Ctrl+L**
Repeat from **to** until you have 13 frames in animation shop. It will tell you on the bottom right corner how many frames you have.
Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished. I use the default settings.
Select all, Ctrl+A on the keyboard. Animation, Frame properties and change the animation speed to 15.
