Beautiful Spring Day
This tutorial was written by me on March 7, 2021. The results are of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PS.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using Adobe Photoshop 2021 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Tube: I am using Verymany's beautiful tube "Spring Elf". Please do not use this tube without a proper license. You can purchase it here.
PTU Kit: I am using a gorgeous kit called "Beautiful Spring Day" created by Tiny Turtle Designs. You can purchase her beautiful kit here.
PTU Animation: I am using Kiya Designs awesome animation 159 from pack 53. You can purchase her awesome animations here.
Mask: 369 by Mizteeques. You can download it from her blog here. Thank you for your awesome masks. I'm using the png version for this tutorial.

Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: Penta - Jeans. You can download it here. Its part of the Garbage Collections.
Drop shadow of choice.
Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.
To open an image, I click on the element or paper in the file folder and drag it into PS.
To transfer an element or paper in PS to my tag, I left click and drag it into my working canvas.
The other way is to left click and drag the element from the folder right onto your tag.
Either way you will get the same results but the resizing will be different :). I will be using the both method for this tutorial.
For resizing and rotating I use the Ctrl+T command.
To mirror or Flip go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal (mirror) or Flip vertical (Flip).
Remember to save often.
Let's get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Go to layers, New fill layer, solid color. When the pop up window appears type in FFFFFF and click ok.
Drag Mizteeque's mask 344 into your tag. Resize 30% and click the check mark. Move slightly up and to the right.
Drag paper 19 into your tag. Hold down the shift key and pull on the corner until the paper fills the canvas. Click the check mark.
Standing on the paper layer, right click and create a clipping mask.
Drag element 110 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the middle of the mask.
Select the layer under the frame.
Drag paper 13 into the tag. Resize 60% and move under the frame.
Select the frame layer. Using the magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Select>modify>expand by 3.
Select the paper layer. Go to Layers>Layer Mask>Reveal selection.
Drag the closeup tube into the tag. Resize 50% and mirror. Move into a spot you like best. Holding down the Alt key, Select the mask thumbnail on the paper layer.
Still holding down the Alt key, drag the mask thumbnail onto the closeup tube. Change the blend mode of the tube to Overlay.
Go to Filters>Penta>Jeans with the following settings:
Amount: 94
Border Width: 2
Interval: 2
Click ok.
Select the layer under the paper layer as we are going to work under the frame.
Drag element 5 into the tag. Resize 66% and move to the bottom center of the frame.
I duplicated this layer x3 for a total of 4. Use the rotate and mirror and flip and arrange around the frame.
Drag element 74 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the top center of the frame.
Drag element 81 into the tag. Resize 25% and move to the bottom right side of the frame.
Duplicate x3 for a total of 4. Move them around the top left and bottom right of the frame.
Drag element 65 into the tag. Resize 12% and move to the upper right side of the frame.
Duplicate and move to the lower left side of the frame.
Drag element 82 into the tag. Resize 35% and move to the top right corner of the frame.
Duplicate, mirror and flip. Move to the bottom left corner of the frame.
Drag element 51 into the tag. Resize 58% and move to the middle left side of the frame.
Duplicate and move to the middle right side of the frame.
Drag element 106 into the tag. Resize 25% and move to the top left corner of the frame.
Duplicate, mirror and flip. Move to the bottom right of the frame.
Select the frame layer.
Drag element 42 into the tag. Resize 34% and move to the lower left side of the frame.
Drag element 41 into the tag. Resize 43% and move to the lower right side of the frame.
Drag element 100 into the tag. Resize 47% and move to the bottom center of the frame.
Drag element 26 into the tag. Resize 36% and move to the left side of the frame.
Drag element 118 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the top of the frame.
Drag element 76 into the tag. Resize 57% and move to the left side of the frame.
Drag element 92 into the tag. Resize 42% and move to the bottom right corner of the frame.
Drag element 125 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom right corner of the frame.
Drag element 58 into the tag. Resize 12% and move to the bottom right of the jar.
Drag element 43 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom of element 92.
Drag element 48 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the bottom of the bird house.
Drag element 62 into the tag. Resize 46% and move to the bottom left corner of the frame.
Drag element 73 into the tag. Resize 51% and move to the bottom left of the bird house.
Drag the main tube into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom left of the tag.
Drag element 124 into the tag. Resize 41% and move to the bottom right of the tube.
Drag element 46 into the tag. Resize 46% and move to the bottom of the tube.
Drag element 64 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom right of the tube.
Drag element 77 into the tag. Resize 16% and move to the bottom left of the flower pot.
Drag element 7 into the tag. Resize 19% and move to the bottom right of the flower pot.
Drag element 2 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom of the flower pot.
Drag element 55 into the tag. Resize 11% and move to the bottom left of the sunflower.
Drag element 67 into the tag. Resize 15% and move to the bottom left of the egg.
Drag element 54 into the tag. Resize 12% and move to the bottom of the egg.
Drag element 47 into the tag. Resize 19% and move to the bottom of the cups.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Image, Image Size and resize 650 on the longest side.
Oh almost forgot we need to drop shadow all of our elements. I actually do the drop shadow at the end :)
Select the element on the bottom of your tag in the layer pallet and double click it.
A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.
Now right click on the layer you just applied the drop shadow. Click copy layer style.
Now click on the layer above and hold down the shift key, select the layer under the paper layer. Right click and paste layer styles.
Select the frame layer, holding down the shift key, select the top layer. Right click and paste layer styles. Drop shadow complete :)
Select the tube layer, right click and duplicate.
Standing on the duplicate layer, right click and clear layer style. Go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur and type in 3. Click ok. Change the blend mode to soft light.
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Open Kiya's psd file in PS. You will notice that there is 25 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer.
We need to group all odd the layers. Starting from layer 25, hold down your control key and select each odd layer so the next one will be 23 then 21 etc. Once all the odd layers are selected (the layers will be highlighted in blue) we need to group them. All odd layers selected?
Go to Layers, Group layers or Ctrl + G on the Keyboard. You will see group 1 folder at the top. Make sure Group 1 is selected.
Select the layer you would like the animation to be placed. I selected the top element 5 layer.
Back to the animation. Click on Group 1 and drag it into your tag. Ctrl+T and resize 68%. Move to the center of the tag.
Close the original animation and don't save changes.
Click on the little white arrow beside Group 1 to expand it. Click on the eyeball of each layer to hide it but leave frame layer 1 visible. Click on the arrow beside group one to hide it as we do not want to accidentally make any changes.
Next make sure your Timeline viewer is open on the bottom of PS. I you do not see a row that has Animation (Frames) on the bottom, go to Windows, Timeline.
In the center of the Timeline viewer you will see a drop down box. On the drop down select Create Frame Animations.
Next is animating.
Click on the little icon (four white lines) at the right end of the animation screen then select make frames from layers.
You are going to see a big mess in the animation window but we are going to fix this.
Click on the first frame and click on the trash can in the animation window. Repeat this until you reach the first frame of the animation.
Now you should be at the first frame of the animation. Click on frame 14 and hit the trash can. Repeat for all the remaining frames. You should be left with 13 frames in the animation window. This is the amount of frames for our animation.
This next step is very important. Any changes you do from here you must be on frame 1 in the Timeline viewer.
Go to the bottom of your tag in the layers pallet. Make sure you have animation frame 1 selected.
Click on the eyeball beside each layer to make it visible. For the white base layer you may have to click on the eyeball a couple of times to make it visible in all the animation frames. It's a Photoshop thing. Do not touch the group layer.
Next, I want to slow down the animation. With the first frame selected, hold down the shift key and click on frame 13. This will select all the frames.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop up window will appear.
I selected 0.2 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we don't accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File>Export>Save for Web(Legacy).
A new pop up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. Click on the image to enlarge it if needed. Click save. My screen shot will look different but the settings are the same.

Cherished Beauty

Duplicate and move to the bottom mask layer to the bottom right of the canvas. Once happy with placement, holding down the ctrl key, select the top mask layer.
Right click and merge layers.
Drag paper 12 into the tag. Holding down the shift key, Pull up and down on the corners until it fits the canvas and click the checkmark.
Standing on the paper layer, right click and select create a clipping mask.
Drag frame 1 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the top left of the mask.
Select the mask layer and drag paper 3 into the tag. Resize 60% and move under the frame.
Select the frame layer. Using the magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Select>modify>expand by 3. Go to Layers>Layer Mask>Reveal Selection.
Standing on the paper layer, drag the close up tube into the tag. Mirror and resize 60%. Move her into a spot you like best inside the frame.
Once happy with placement, hold down the alt key and select the mask thumbnail on the paper layer. Still holding the Alt key, drag the mask onto the tube layer.
You should now have two mask thumbnails. One on the paper and one on the close up tube. Change the blend mode of the tube to hard light.
Holding down the Ctrl key, select the paper layer under the tube. Right click and merge layers.
Go to Filter>Penta>Dots and Cross and apply the following settings:
We are going to work under the frame.
Drag element 138 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the top center of the frame.
Drag element 67 into the tag. Resize 116% and move to the top center of the frame.
Drag element 127 into the tag. Resize 75% and move to the top left of the frame.
Drag element 83 into the tag. Resize 28% and move to the top left of the frame. Duplicate x2 and move one to the right side of the frame and second one to the lower left side of the frame.
Drag element 61 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the top left corner of the frame.
Drag element 84 into the tag. Resize 50% and move to the top left corner of the frame. Duplicate and move to the top right corners
Select the frame layer.
Drag element 94 into the tag. Resize 10% and move to the bottom left of the frame.
Drag element 22 into the tag. Resize 52% and move to the right side of the frame.
Drag element 137 into the tag. Resize 38% and move to the bottom right corner of the frame.
Drag element 44 into the tag. Resize 38% and move to the bottom of the frame.
Drag element 28 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom center of the frame.
Drag element 116 into the tag. Resize 29% and move to the bottom of the frame.
Drag element 87 into the tag. Resize 19% and move to the bottom center of the frame.
Drag element 4 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom right corner of the frame.
Drag element 23 into the tag. Resize 23% and move to the bottom left of the cameo.
Drag element 51 into the tag. Resize 16% and move to the bottom of the cameo.
Drag element 82 into the tag. Resize 23% and move to the bottom of the cameo.
Drag element 18 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom of the ribbon.
Drag element 30 into the tag. Resize 27% and move to the bottom left of the lantern.
Drag element 24 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom right of the lantern.
Drag element 105 into the tag. Resize 13% and move to the bottom left of the bottle.
Drag element 119 into the tag. Resize 15% and move to the bottom of the bottle.
Drag element 142 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the top right of the frame.
Drag element 17 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the lower right of the mask.
Drag element 1 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the lower left of element 17.
Drag element 120 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom of the clock.
Drag element 84 into the tag. Resize 45% and move to the bottom of the oak leaves.
Drag the main tube into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the bottom right of the mask.
Drag element 27 into the tag. Resize 32% and move to the bottom of the tube.
Drag element 129 into the tag. Resize 36% and move to the bottom right of the tube.
Drag element 107 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the bottom left of the spray.
Drag element 60 into the tag. Resize 48% and move to the bottom of the flowers.
Drag element 42 into the tag. Resize 15%, rotate 28 degrees and move to the top right of the clock.
Drag element 14 into the tag. Resize 8% and move to the bottom center of the ribbon.
Drag element 16 into the tag. Resize 10% and move to the bottom right of the candle.
Save my Wordart below. Left click to enlarge the right click and save as. Open it in PS.
Drag my wordart into the tag, from PS, and move to the bottom of the tube's legs.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.

Steampunk Spring

Remember to save your tag often in case PS crashes. I always save my tags as a psd image. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Let's get started.

Drag paper 25 into the mask. Click the check mark.
Standing on the paper layer, right click the layer and create a clipping mask.
Drag element 74 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the top of the mask.
Drag element 79 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the upper right of the mask.
Drag element 177 into the tag. Resize 63% and move to the right of the mask.
Drag element 181 into the tag. Resize 72% and move to the top right of the mask.
Drag element 106 into the tag. Resize 63% and move to the right of the tree.
Drag element 80 into the tag. Resize 63% and move over the tree.
Drag element 162 into the tag. Resize 37% and move to the right of the door.
Drag element 134 into the tag. Resize 39% and move to the bottom right of the door.
Drag element 178 into the tag. Resize 56% and move to the bottom of the door.
Drag element 20 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the upper left side of the mask.
Drag element 153 into the tag. Resize 36% and move to the bottom of the mushroom.
Drag element 170 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the lower left side of the mask. Duplicate and move to the lower right of the mask.
Drag element 81 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of the mask.
Drag element 105 into the tag. Resize 32% and move to the top left of the heart tree.
Drag element 92 into the tag. Resize 48% and move to the left side of the mask.
Drag element 18 into the tag. Resize 26% and move to the top left of the fountain.
Drag element 14 into the tag. Resize 39% and move to the bottom left of the fountain.
Drag element 132 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom right of the fountain.
Select the layers you would like to use on your tube by clicking on the eyeball to make the layers visible. Click on the eyeball of a visible layer to hide it. Holding down the Ctrl key, Select each visible layer. Once all layers are selected hit Ctrl+G on your keyboard to group the layer. Select your move tool and select group 1. Drag this into your tag. You can close the original and do not save the changes.
Standing on group 1 in the layer pallet, right click and convert to smart object. Your group layers are now one single layer.
Hit Ctrl+T on the keyboard and click on the link between the H & W. Resize 50% and move to the bottom left of the door. See mine for placement.
Drag element 151 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag element 182 into the tag. Resize 42% and move to the bottom right of the tube.
Drag element 17 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the top right of the stumps.
Drag element 3 into the tag. Resize 32% and move to the bottom left of the yellow flowers.
Drag element 61 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the right of the yellow flowers.
Drag element 192 into the tag. Resize 58% and move to the bottom of the tube.
Drag element 101 into the tag. Resize 51%, mirror and move to the bottom of the wordart.
Drag element 157 into the tag. Resize 47% and move to the bottom right of the grass spray.
Drag element 21 into the tag. Resize 21% and move to the bottom of the P & R.
Drag element 133 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the bottom of the fish bowl.
Drag element 77 into the tag. Resize 23% and move to the bottom of the I.
Drag element 27 into the tag. Resize 17% and move to the bottom right between the N & G.
Drag element 41 into the tag. Resize 35% and move to the top right of the I.
Drag element 28 into the tag. Resize 21% and move to the bottom right of the jam.
Drag element 25 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of the honey jar.
Drag element 4 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the top of the honey comb.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.

Now right click on the layer you just applied the drop shadow. Click copy layer style.
Now click on the layer above and hold down the shift key, click on the top layer. Right click and paste layer style. Drop shadow complete :)
Add your copyright and name.
Select the tube layer. Right click and duplicate. On the duplicate, right click and clear layer style. Go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian blur set to 3 and click ok. Lower the opacity to 80%.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Open Kiya Designs psd file in PS. You will notice that there is 25 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer.
We need to group all the layers. Starting from frame layer 25, hold down your shift key and select frame layer 1. This will select all the layers at once.
Next go to Layers, Group layers or Ctrl+G on the keyboard. You will see group 1 folder at the top. Make sure Group 1 is selected.
Select the layer you would like the animation to be placed. I selected the door layer.
Back to the animation. Click on Group 1 and drag it into your tag. Ctrl+T and resize 40%. Move to a spot you like best. I moved it behind the fountain.
Close the original animation and don't save changes.
Standing on Group 1 layer, right click and paste layer style. (The drop shadow should still be in the memory)
Click on the little white arrow beside Group 1 to expand it. Click on the eyeball of each layer to hide it but leave frame layer 1 visible. Click on the arrow beside group one to hide it as we do not want to accidentally make any changes.
Next make sure your Timeline viewer is open on the bottom of PS. I you do not see a row that has Timeline on the bottom, go to Windows, Timeline.
Next is animating.
Click on the little icon (four lines) at the right end of the animation screen then select make frames from layers.
You are going to see a big mess in the Timeline viewer but we are going to fix this.
Click on the first frame and click on the trash can in the animation window. Repeat this until you reach the first frame of the animation.
Now you should be at the first frame of the animation. Click on frame 26 and hit the trash can. Repeat for all the remaining frames. You should be left with 25 frames in the animation window. This is the amount of frames for our animation.
This next step is very important. Any changes you do from here you must be on frame 1 in the animation window. It will be highlighted in blue.
Go to the bottom of your tag in the layers pallet. Make sure you have animation frame 1 selected in the Timeline.
Click on the eyeball beside each layer to make it visible. For the white base layer you may have to click on it a couple of times to make it visible in all the animation frames. It's a Photoshop thing. Do not touch the group layer.
Next, I want to slow down the animation. With the first frame selected in the animation window, hold down the shift key and click on frame 25. This will select all the frames.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop up window will appear.
I selected 0.2 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we don't accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File>Export>Save for Web(Legacy).
A new pop up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. Click on the image to enlarge it if needed. Click save. My screen shot will look different but the settings are the same for animating.

To open an image, I click on the element or paper in the file folder and drag it into PS.
To transfer an element or paper in PS to my tag, I left click and drag it into my working canvas.
The other way is to left click and drag the element from the folder right onto your tag.
Either way you will get the same results but the resizing will be different :). I will be using the both method for this tutorial.
For resizing and rotating I use the Ctrl+T command.
To mirror or Flip go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal (mirror) or Flip vertical (Flip).
Remember to save often.
Let's get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Go to layers, New fill layer, solid color. When the pop up window appears type in FFFFFF and click ok.
Drag paper 16 into your tag. Hold down the shift key and pull on the corner until the paper fills the canvas. Click the check mark.
Drag Dee's mask into the tag. Click the check mark. Close the original.
Standing on the mask layer, click on the Channels tab in the layers pallet.
Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the RGB Thumbnail. You should see marching ants.
Select the Layers tab in the layers pallet.
Select the paper layer. Go to Layers>Layer Mask>Reveal selection.
You can delete Dee's mask in the layer pallet as we no longer need it as it is on the paper layer.
Drag Frame 9 into the tag. Resize 50% and move to the center of the mask.
Drag Frame 2 into the tag. Resize 130% and move to the center of frame 9. Using the magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Select>modify>expand by 3.
Select frame 9, Layers>Layer Mask>Hide selection.
Select frame 9, drag paper 22 into the tag and click the check mark. Move to the center of the frame.
Select frame 2. Using the magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Select>modify>expand by 3.
Select the paper layer, Layers>Layer Mask>Reveal selection.
Drag the close up tube into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the center of the frame. Holding down the Alt key, select the mask thumbnail on the paper layer. Still holding down the Alt key, drag the mask onto the tube layer. Change the blend mode to Vivid Light.
Drag element 35 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the center of the frame. Holding down the Alt key, select the mask thumbnail on the paper layer. Still holding down the Alt key, drag the mask onto element 35 layer.
Select the mask layer as we are going to work under the frames.
Drag element 45 into the tag. Resize 62% and move to the center of the frame.
Drag element 139 into the tag and click the check mark. Move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate and move to the bottom right of the tag. Select the original layer, duplicate, mirror and move to the top right. Duplicate and move to the bottom left.
Drag element 135 into the tag. Resize 48% and move to the upper right of the frame. Duplicate, mirror and move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate, flip, move to the center right. Duplicate mirror and move to the center left.
Drag element 89 into the tag. Resize 33% and move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate, mirror and move to the upper right of the frame. Duplicate, flip, move to the bottom right. Duplicate mirror and move to the bottom left.
Duplicate the original element 89, rotate 57 degrees and move to the top center of the frame.
Drag element 103 into the tag. Resize 11% and move to the upper right of the frame over the green leaf. Duplicate x6, for a total of 7 flower, and move around the frame.
Drag element 100 into the tag. Resize 13% and move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate x5, for a total of 6 flower, and move around the yellow flowers. See my example for placement.
Select the top frame layer.
Drag element 151 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the bottom of the frame.
Drag element 146 into the tag and resize 23%. Move to the top right of the frame.
Drag element 44 into the tag and resize 62%. Move to the left side of the frame.
Drag element 28 into the tag and resize 51%. Move to the bottom left of the sign.
Drag Word Art 3 into the tag and resize 70%. Move to the top right of the frame over the spray.
Drag element 133 into the tag. Resize 23% and move to the bottom left of the sign.
Drag element 43 into the tag. Resize 36% and move to the upper left of the grass.
Drag element 33 into the tag. Resize 37% and move to the over the grass.
Drag element 87 into the tag. Resize 13% and move to the bottom of the grass.
Drag element 85 into the tag. Resize 14% and move to the bottom right of the grass.
Drag element 37 into the tag. Resize 39% and move to the bottom right of the frame. Duplicate and move to the bottom center of the frame.
Drag element 40 into the tag. Resize 18% and move to the bottom of the yellow flowers.
Drag element 127 into the tag. Resize 34% and move to the bottom of the flower basket and pail.
Drag element 118 into the tag. Resize 34% and move to the bottom of the flower basket and pail.
Drag element 15 into the tag. Resize 42% and move to the bottom left of the flower basket.
Drag element 18 into the tag. Resize 56% and move to the bottom of the frame.
Drag element 8 into the tag. Resize 14% and move to the upper right of the cage.
Drag element 42 into the tag. Resize 15% and move to the bottom left of the lantern.
Drag element 105 into the tag. Resize 53% and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag element 99 into the tag. Resize 11% and move to the bottom center of the frame.
Drag element 38 into the tag. Resize 16% and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag element 3 into the tag. Resize 25% and move to the bottom right of the crate.
Drag element 2 into the tag. Resize 35% and move to the bottom right of the white flowers.
Drag element 93 into the tag. Resize 7% and move to the bottom of the bunny.
Drag the main tube into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the bottom center of the frame.
Drag element 126 into the tag. Resize 33% and move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag element 122 into the tag. Resize 19%, mirror and move to the bottom right of the leaf.
Drag element 104 into the tag. Resize 12% and move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag element 16 into the tag. Resize 44% and move to the bottom right of the flowers.
Drag element 1 into the tag. Resize 29% and move to the bottom of the book.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Image, Image Size and resize 650 on the longest side.
Oh almost forgot we need to drop shadow all of our elements. I actually do the drop shadow at the end :)
Select the element on the bottom of your tag in the layer pallet and double click it.
A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.

Next we need to group these layers. Go to Layers, Group layers or Ctrl + G on the Keyboard. You will see group 1 folder at the top. Make sure Group 1 is selected.
Select the layer you would like the animation to be placed. I selected the bottom frame layer.

Select the mask layer as we are going to work under the frame.
Drag element 105 into the tag. Resize 32% and move to the upper right of the frame.
Drag element 87 into the tag. Resize 16% and move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate, mirror and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag element 65 into the tag. Resize 12% and move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag element 69 into the tag. Resize 36%, rotate -90 degrees and move to the top right of the frame. Duplicate and move to the left of the frame.
Drag element 97 into the tag. Resize 12% and move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate x2 and move to the lower left and upper right of the frame.
Drag element 100 into the tag. Resize 10% and move to the lower left of the frame. Duplicate and move to the right of the frame.
Drag wordart 1 into the tag. Resize 30% and move to the top left of the frame.
Drag element 111 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the upper left of the frame. Duplicate and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Select the frame layer.
Drag element 131 into the tag. Resize 43% and move to the bottom of the frame.

Drag element 69 into the tag. Resize 40.44% and move to the bottom center of element 3.
Drag element 92 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the upper right of element 3.
Drag element 128 into the tag. Resize 7% and move to the middle right side of element 3.
Drag element 133 into the tag. Resize 30.41% and move to the bottom right of element 3.
Drag element 107 into the tag. Click the check mark and move to the bottom left of element 3.
Drag element 65 into the tag. Resize 36% and move to the bottom left of element 3.
Drag element 58 into the tag. Resize 75.43% and move to the bottom left of the nest.

Drag element 60 into the tag. Resize 38.62% and move to the bottom of element 85.
Drag element 57 into the tag. Resize 34% and move to the bottom left of the rubber boot.
Drag element 69 into the tag. Resize 34.24% and move to the bottom of the basket.
Drag the main tube into the tag. Resize 35% and move to the bottom center of the fence.
Drag element 84 into the tag. Resize 68.85% and move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag element 18 into the tag. Resize 25% and move to the bottom center of the tube.
Drag element 38 into the tag. Resize 52.43% and move to the bottom left of element 18.
Drag element 106 into the tag. Resize 41% and move to the bottom of the garden button.
Drag element 36 into the tag. Resize 32.32% and move to the bottom left of the ribbon.
Drag element 134 into the tag. Resize 71.62% and move to the bottom left of the garden button.
Drag element 127 into the tag. Resize 29% and move to the bottom left of the bunny.
Drag element 59 into the tag. Resize 31.44% and move to the bottom left of the cake.
Drag element 112 into the tag. Resize 10.12% and move to the bottom of the egg vase.
Drag element 83 into the tag. Resize 24.77% and move to the bottom of the hat.
Drag element 67 into the tag. Resize 11.33% and move to the bottom right of the garden button.
Drag element 74 into the tag. Resize 18.58% and move to the bottom of the flower button.
Drag element 137 into the tag. Resize 44.84%, mirror and move to the bottom of the egg.
Drag element 75 into the tag. Resize 18% and move to the bottom of the watering can.
Drag element 100 into the tag. Resize 33.42% and move to the bottom of the white flower.
Drag element 111 into the tag. Resize 21.31% and move to the bottom left of the wordart.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Image, Image Size and resize 650 on the longest side.
Oh almost forgot we need to drop shadow all of our elements. I actually do the drop shadow at the end :)
Select the element on the bottom of your tag in the layer pallet and double click it.
A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.
Now right click on the layer you just applied the drop shadow. Click copy layer style.
Now click on the layer above and hold down the shift key, select the top layer. Right click and paste layer styles.
Drop shadow complete :)
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Select the tube layer, right click and duplicate.
Standing on the duplicate layer, right click and clear layer style. Go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur and type in 3. Click ok. Change the blend mode to soft light.
Open Rebel Dezigns psd file in PS. You will notice that there is 25 layers in this animation and it does not have the group layer.
We need to group all the layers. Starting from layer 25, hold down your shift key and select the first layer. This will select all the layers.
Next we need to group these layers. Go to Layers, Group layers or Ctrl + G on the Keyboard. You will see group 1 folder at the top. Make sure Group 1 is selected.
Select the layer you would like the animation to be placed. I selected element 58 layer.
Back to the animation. Click on Group 1 and drag it into your tag. Ctrl+T and resize 60%. Move to the bottom center of the tag.
Close the original animation and don't save changes.
Click on the little white arrow beside Group 1 to expand it. Click on the eyeball of each layer to hide it but leave frame layer 1 visible. Click on the arrow beside group one to hide it as we do not want to accidentally make any changes.
Next make sure your Timeline viewer is open on the bottom of PS. I you do not see a row that has Timeline on the bottom, go to Windows, Timeline.
In the center of the Timeline viewer you will see a drop down box. On the drop down select Create Frame Animations.
Next is animating.
Click on the little icon (four white lines) at the right end of the animation screen then select make frames from layers.
You are going to see a big mess in the animation window but we are going to fix this.
Click on the first frame and click on the trash can in the animation window. Repeat this until you reach the first frame of the animation.
Now you should be at the first frame of the animation. Click on frame 26 and hit the trash can. Repeat for all the remaining frames. You should be left with 25 frames in the animation window. This is the amount of frames for our animation.
This next step is very important. Any changes you do from here you must be on frame 1 in the Timeline viewer. It will be highlighted in blue.
Go to the bottom of your tag in the layers pallet. Make sure you have animation frame 1 selected.
Click on the eyeball beside each layer to make it visible. For the white base layer you may have to click on the eyeball a couple of times to make it visible in all the animation frames. It's a Photoshop thing. Do not touch the group layer.
Next, I want to slow down the animation. With the first frame selected, hold down the shift key and click on frame 25. This will select all the frames.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop up window will appear.
I selected 0.2 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we don't accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File>Export>Save for Web(Legacy).
A new pop up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. Click on the image to enlarge it if needed. Click save. My screen shot will look different but the settings are the same.
