This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.
PTU Tube: I am using Cassandra (Extended) created by Dilara at Elegancefly. Please do not use this tubes without a proper license.

PTU Kit: I am using the matching kit called "Cassandra" created by Hania's Design. You can purchase the kit at Elegancefly here.
Mask: Miz_Mask342 by Mizteeques. Thank you for your awesome masks. You can download it from her blog here. I am using the png version for this tutorial. Open and minimize in PSP.
Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.
Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot. You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)
Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it. Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Let's get started.
Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes. I always save my tags as a pspimage. It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.
Open a new 750x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
Copy Miz_Mask342 and close the original, select your working canvas and paste as a new layer. Mirror. Select all, float, defloat. and add a new raster layer. Open paper of choice. I am using paper 4, copy and close the original. Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections. Select none and delete Miz's mask. Duplicate and merge down. Move the mask slightly up to the left.
Open element 123, copy and close the original. Select the mask layer and paste. Resize 50% and move to the upper right of the mask. Using your magic wand, click on the outside of the frame. Selections invert, selections, modify, contract by 5. Select the mask layer and add a new raster layer. Open paper of choice. I am using paper 11, copy and close the original. Select the new raster layer, edit paste into selections. Select none. Using your eraser tool, erase the part of the paper that extends out of the bottom left side of the frame (the part under the greenery). Sharpen the frame layer and drop shadow.
Open element 104, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper left of the mask.
Open element 37, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left of the mask about midway.
Open element 90, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the upper left of the frame.
Open element 91, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the right of the frame. See mine for placement.
Open element 14, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Move to the right so the brick covers the bottom of the frame. Drop shadow.
Open element 13, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to bottom right side so it covers part of the brick and frame.
Open element 74, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Do not move it.
Open element 29, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the bush and mask.
Open element 43, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to bottom left side so it covers part of the bush.
Open element 30, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the left so it covers part of the barrel.
Open element 92, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to right side of the barrel.
Open element 46, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 60% and move to the bottom center of the mask. Duplicate and merge down. Sharpen and drop shadow.
Open element 03, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the grass spray.
Open element 68, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen, mirror and drop shadow. Move to the top of the right rock.
Open element 97, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30% and sharpen. Duplicate, mirror and drop shadow each layer. Move the first leaf layer to the left of the rock. Move the mirrored layer to the bottom right of the rock and using your eraser tool, erase the part the sticks out from the bottom of the rock.
Open element 48, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom of the right rock.
Open element 101, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom right about middle of the large rock.
Select the layers you would like to work with on your tube by clicking on the eye beside the layers. I am using the extended version which has multiple layers. Once you have selected the tube layers, go to edit, copy special, copy merged. Select the top layer of your working canvas and paste. Resize 16%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom so it looks like she is on the grass.
Open element 85, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom so it looks like the book is leaning against the tube's hip.
Open element 27, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15% and sharpen. Drag this layer under the book layer and move to the bottom left of the book. Duplicate and drag this layer about the book. Image, free rotate to the right 90 degrees and move to the bottom left of the book. Drop shadow each layer.
Open element 25, copy and close the original. Select the top layer and paste. Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom so it is just overlapping the rotated apple.
Open element 02, copy and close the original. Select the tube layer and paste. Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move to the bottom left of the tube's hip.
Add any other elements you like.
Crop away any extra space. Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.
Add your copyright and name.
Hide the white layer and save as png.
