This tutorial was written by me on June 27, 2020. The results are of my own imagination.  Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.

Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)

Supplies needed

I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.

Animation shop

PTU Animated tube:  I am using a fabulous new Barbara Jensen animated tube "Burlesque" You can purchase this beauty at Barbara's store here.  I am using the psd file for this tutorial.

PTU Kit:  I am using an awesome kit called "Parisian Blush" created by Pink Paradox Productions.  You can purchase this kit at Barbara Jensen's store here.

PTU Animation:  I am using Kiya Designs awesome new animation from package 12.  You can purchase her animation at Barbara Jensen's Store here.

Mask:  Mask 168 by Millie's PSP Madness. Thank you for your awesome masks.  You can download it from her blog here. I am using the jpg versions for this tutorial.  Open and minimize in PSP.

Font of choice for your name.

Plug in: Mura Meisters - Copies

Drop shadow of choice.

Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot.  You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)

Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.

Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it.  Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Let's get started.

Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes.  I always save my tags as a pspimage.  It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.

Open a new 800x800 transparent image.  We will resize later.

Add a new layer and flood fill with white.

Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 31, copy and close the original.  Paste as new raster layer then go to Layers, new mask layer, from Image and locate the mask in the drop down.  Apply the mask and merge group.  Resize the mask by 105%.

Open frame 7, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 55%, sharpen and drop shadow.

Open frame 2, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50% and sharpen.  We will drop shadow this later.

We are going to start creating the cluster for this tag.

Open element 148, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15% and sharpen.  Effects, Mura Meister - Copies with the following settings.

Drop down under the preview box:  Encircle

Number change to 20

All other settings are set to default.  Click ok.

Image resize 125% and drag this layer just above the mask layer and drop shadow.

Open element 174, copy and close the original.  Select the rose cluster and paste.  Move to the top center.  Duplicate and mirror vertical.  Select the original sparkle, duplicate, free rotate to the right 90 degrees and move to the center left of the cluster.  Duplicate this layer and mirror.  Select all 4 sparkle layers, right click and right click, merge selected.  Drop shadow.

Open element 35, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30% and sharpen.  Effects, Mura Meister - Copies.  Just change the number to 8 all other settings are the same.  Resize by 105%.  Drag this layer just above the mask layer and drop shadow.

Open element 147, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20% and sharpen.  Effects, Mura Meister - Copies.  Just change the number to 12 all other settings are the same.  Drag this layer just above the frame 7 layer and drop shadow.

Select the top frame, with your magic wand, click in the center of the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 10.  Select each of the clusters we created and hit delete on the keyboard to remove any parts that are showing in the center of the frame.

Keep selected.

Add a new raster layer and move this just under the top frame.  Open paper of choice,  I am using paper 24, copy and close the original.  Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections, select none.  Drop shadow the top frame.

Open element 160, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right side of the frame.

Open element 156, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right side of the frame.

Open element 113, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, free rotate to the right 20 degrees, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the right side of the frame just over the bouquet.

Open element 47, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower right corner of the photo.

Open element 107, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, free rotate to the left 20 degrees, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left side of the frame.

Open element 121, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left so it shows past the left of the photo.

Open element 149, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left side of the frame.

Open element 146, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left on the bottom right of the photo.

Open element 152, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30% and sharpen.  Move to the bottom left side of the frame.  Duplicate and mirror.  Drop shadow each layer.

Open element 34, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left so it touches the bottom of the photo.

Open element 72, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left over the beads.

Open element 200, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 15%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left on the right side of the flower picture.

Open element 151, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left just slightly to the right over the picture.

Open element 143, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left over the picture.

Open element 45, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower right side of the flower cluster.

Open element 147, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower right on the left side of the flower cluster.

Open element 148, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower right so it is over the lower portion of the black flower.

Open your tube.  Hits Shift+D on your keyboard to duplicate the tube.  Close the original.  Resize 15% all layers checked.  Go to adjust, sharpen and apply a drop shadow for each of the 11 layers.  Holding down your Ctrl key select each layer from 1 to 11.  Once they are all highlighted in Blue go to Layers, New layer group and click ok.  The important part of working with a grouped psd image is to always make sure the Group 1 layer is selected.

Open element 26, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left beside the white lily.

Open element 25, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom center of the tube.

Open element 27, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25% and again by 90%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the tube.

Open element 170, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom just to the right so it touches the camera.

Open element 145, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom so it covers the left edge of the tube's leg.

Open element 150, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom so it covers the right edge of the tube's leg.

Open element 23, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 20%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom so it covers the pink flower on the left.

Open element 24, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom of the lipsticks.

Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Crop away any extra space.  Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

Animating the tag.  Make sure your tag is saved as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.

Open animation shop and open Kiya Designs Animation 39.psd

Holding down your Shift + D keys on your keyboard to duplicate the ani.  Close the original and do not save.

There are 15 frame layers  but we need to cull it to 11.  Delete Frame layers 1 and 2 then 14 and 15.  Now we have 11 layers that we need to group.  

Holding down your Ctrl key, click on each frame layer starting from 13 and ending at 3.  Once all your layers are highlighted, go to layer, new group layer.  

With group 1 highlighted, click on the chain link icon.  

Still on Group 1, copy.  You can close the original ani as we no longer need it.  Do not save changes.

Select the tag and paste as a new layer.  

When you paste the animation it will always go to the top of the layer pallet.

Still standing on the Group 2 layer, click on the little white arrow to collapse the animation.  This will make it easier for moving the ani.

Drag the animation down the layers pallet until it above the white flower layer just above the frame.

Resize the animation by 55%, all layers not checked.  Move to the right so it is just left of they white flowers.

Hide all the sub-layers under Sparkle group 1 by clicking on the eyeball until you reach layer 3.

Only frame 3 should be visible. If not, click on they eyeball next to each of the frame layers to hide them.

Group layers are as follows:

Tube group layer 1, sparkle goup layer 3

Go to Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Open Animation shop and paste as new animation for Ctrl + C.

****Back to psp.  

Tube group layer 2, sparkle group layer 4

Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation shop.

Edit, paste after current frame or Ctrl + Shift + L.****

Repeat from **** TO **** until you have 11 frames in Animation shop.  It will show you in the bottom right corner of AS.

One you have all 11 frames in animation shop, go to Edit, select all then Animation, frame properties.  

When the pop up box appears change the number to 20 and click ok.

Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished.  I use the default settings.
