This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.

Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)

Supplies needed

I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.

Animation shop (optional)

PTU Tube:  I am using a beautiful tube called "Autumn Breeze" created by Verymany.  Please do not use this tube without a proper license.

PTU Kit:  I am using a gorgeous matching kit called "You are my Sunshine" created by Wicked Princess Scraps.  You can purchase the kit here.

Mask:  Autumn.mask.05 by Fecnikek. Thank you for your awesome masks.  You can download it from her blog here. 

Mask:  85 by Vivienne's Paintbox.  Thank you for your awesome masks.  You can download it from her blog here. I am using the png image for this tutorial.

Font of choice for your name.

Plug in: Eyecandy 4000 - Jiggle

Drop shadow of choice.

Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.

Vivienne's Paintbox has awesome drop shadow settings that I use a lot.  You can find the settings here and check out her awesome tutorials :)

Anytime you resize an element or tube you should sharpen it.  Go to adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Let's get started.

Remember to save your tag often in case psp crashes.  I always save my tags as a pspimage.  It keeps all the layers and if you make tags for others you will always have the template.

Open a new 750x800 transparent image.  We will resize later.

Add a new layer and flood fill with white.

Select the white layer, copy Autumn.mask.05 and close the original. Paste as a new layer. Resize 25%.  Select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer.  Open paper of choice, I am using paper 6, copy and close the original.  Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections.  Select none and delete the black mask layer. 

Select the top layer, copy Vivienne's mask 85 and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Move to the bottom right of the mask.  Select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer.  Open paper of choice, I am using paper 9, copy and close the original.  Select the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections.  Select none and delete the black mask layer. 

Open flower 11, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the first mask just over the tree.  See mine for placement.

Open cluster 3, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the first mask just over flower 11.  See mine for placement.

Open cluster 5, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of the first mask.  See mine for placement.

Open tree 3, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Drop shadow and move up and to the left of the mask. See mine for placement.

Open Wordart1, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the lower left of the tree.  See mine for placement.  Change the blend mode to hard light.

Open Wordart2, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the upper left of the tree.  See mine for placement.  Change the blend mode to soft light.

Open Flower 20, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the first mask.  See mine for placement.

Open Fruit 5, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the first mask.  See mine for placement.

Open owl, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 30%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move over the basket with his head at the U.  See mine for placement.

Open flower 9, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 25%, mirror, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the apple basket.

Open leaf 17, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 60%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top of Vivienne's mask.

Open leaf 4, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left the the brown leaves, duplicate and move to the right.

Open cluster 1, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right the the leaves.

Open leaf 15, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the top right of the first mask. See mine for placement.

Copy your tube.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow. Move up slightly.

Open cluster 7, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 50%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the tube covering the sharp edge of the skirt. See mine for placement.

Open cage, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of cluster 7 in front of the tube's legs.

Open dog, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 35%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom right of cage so it is sitting on the mask.

Open clock 2, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of cluster 7.

Open cluster 2, copy and close the original.  Select the top layer and paste.  Resize 40%, sharpen and drop shadow.  Move to the bottom left of the tube covering her legs. See mine for placement.

Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Crop away any extra space.  Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

If you do not want to animate.  Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.

Animating the tag.  Make sure your tag is saved as a psp image file as you do not want to loose it if psp crashes.

Might want to grab a coffee :)

Select the tube layer and duplicate it 3 times for a total of four tube layers.

Rename Jiggle 1, Jiggle 2, Jiggle 3 and Jiggle 4.

Click on the eyeballs for Jiggle 2, Jiggle 3 and 4.  We will be working with Jiggle 1.

Select Jiggle 1 layer.

Select the free hand selection tool with the following settings.

Make a selection around the hair and skirt.  Keep the selection active until we have finished using jiggle on all the layers.  See my screen shot below.

Effect, eyecandy 4000, Jiggle with the following settings.  Click random seed once and click ok.

Hide Jiggle 1 and unhide Jiggle 2.  Apply eyecandy, jiggle but hit the random seed then click ok.

Repeat the steps above for Jiggle 3 and 4.

Time to animate.

Hide all the Jiggle layers and unhide Jiggle 1.  

Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Open animation shop.

Edit, paste as new animation or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.

**Back to psp.

Hide Jiggle 1 by clicking on the eyeball and unhide Jiggle 2 by clicking on the eyeball. Edit, copy special, copy merged.

Back to Animation Shop.

We need to paste after current frame.  Go to edit, paste after current frame.  Keyboard shortcut  Shift+Ctrl+L**

Repeat from **to** until you have 4 frames in animation shop.  It will tell you on the bottom right corner how many frames you have.  

Select all, Animation, Frame Properties.  Change the Display time to 20 and Click ok.

Go to file Save as, gif and click next and next until you hit finished.  I use the default settings.
