This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.

Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)

Supplies needed

I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU CU AI Tube:  "Elodie" generated by Cartia Creationz.

I support tube artist but this beauty is gorgeous and had to play with the tube.

PTU Kit:  "Holiday Fun" created by Carita Creationz.

Font of choice for your name. 

Plug in: Mura Meisters - Copies

Drop shadow of choice.

Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.

Don't forget to sharpen each image that you resize.

Let's get started.

Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.

Flood fill with white.

Copy and paste Fecnikek's mask.  Resize it 25% and again by 90%.  Move to the top center.

Select all, Float, Defloat and add a new raster layer.

Open paper pp6.jpg and copy it.  Select the new raster layer and paste into selections.  Select none and delete Fecnikek's mask layer.

Open element 46, copy and paste as a new layer on your working canvas.  Resize 50% and move to approx middle of the mask layer.

Select your magic wand and click in the center of the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Add a new raster layer and drag it under the frame.

Open paper pp2.jpg and copy it.  Select the new raster layer and paste into selections.  Select none and drop shadow the frame.

Open element 3, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and apply Mura Meisters copies Encircle selected and the top three rows on the right are Number 12, Shift X and Shift Y 50.  Move under the frame and drop shadow.

Open element 8, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and apply Mura Meisters copies Encircle selected and the top three rows on the right are Number 16, Shift X and Shift Y 55.  Resize 95%, move under the frame and drop shadow.

Open element 30, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and Flip.  Apply Mura Meisters copies Encircle selected and the top three rows on the right are Number 14, Shift X and Shift Y 50.  Move between the leaf and flower layer.  I used my pick tool to pull in the edges a bit to make it fit nicer.  Drop shadow.

I used my pick tool to adjust the mask layer and the leaf layer to make it a bit larger by pulling on the corners.

Open element 38, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 18% and move to the top center of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 45, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 65% and move to the top left of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 41, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 2, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom right of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 19, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom right of the frame.  Drag it under element 2 and drop shadow.

Open element 27, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 30% and move to the bottom right of the flowers.  Drop shadow.

Select the top layer.

Open element 6, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of the chest.  Drop shadow.

Open element 17, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom of the cookies.  Drop shadow.

Open element 13, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom of the tree.  Drop shadow.

Open element 33, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 12% and move to the bottom left of the present.  Drop shadow.

Copy AI tube Elodie and paste as a new layer.  Resize 40% and move her to the left side of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Open element 28, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom center of the tube slightly to the lefts.  Drop shadow.

Open element 24, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of the tube.  Drop shadow.

Open element 1, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom center of the tube slightly to the left.  Drop shadow.

Open my Wordart, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 70% and move to the top of the case.  See mine for placement.  Drop shadow.

Open element 14, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 10% and move to the bottom right of the bears with presents.  Drop shadow.

Open element 20, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of the tube.  Drop shadow.

Open element 21, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of the cake.  Drop shadow.

Open element 49, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 10% and move to the bottom left of the little dude.  Drop shadow.

Open element 10, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 12% and move to the bottom left of the cake.  Drop shadow.

Open element 34, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 12% and move to the bottom of the present.  Drop shadow.

Open element 7, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 12% and move to the bottom right of the cake roll.  Drop shadow.

Open element 31, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize 12% and move to the bottom left of the bears and presents.  Drop shadow.

Select the mask layer and Duplicate it.  Using your pick tool, drag the top down so the mask looks like it is laying on the bottom of the elements.  See mine for placement.  Select all, float, defloat and add a new raster layer.  Open pp10.jpg and copy.  Standing on the new raster layer, paste into selections.  Select none and delete the modified mask layer as we no longer need it.

Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.

Crop away any extra space.  Resize 650 on the longest side, all layers checked.

Add your copyright and name.

Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
