This tutorial was written by me on April 30, 2021. The results are of my own imagination. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PS.
Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating it.
Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)
Supplies needed
I am using Adobe Photoshop 2021 but this tutorial should work with any version.

Font of choice for your name.
Plug in: None
Drop shadow of choice.
Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.
To open an image, I click on the element or paper in the file folder and drag it into PS.
To transfer an element or paper in PS to my tag, I left click and drag it into my working canvas.
The other way is to left click and drag the element from the folder right onto your tag.
Either way you will get the same results but the resizing will be different :). I will be using the both method for this tutorial.
For resizing and rotating I use the Ctrl+T command.
To mirror or Flip go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal (mirror) or Flip vertical (Flip).
Remember to save often.
Let's get started.
Open a new 800x800 transparent image. We will resize later.
Go to layers, New fill layer, solid color. When the pop up window appears type in FFFFFF and click ok.
Drag Vivienne's mask into the tag. Click on the checkmark.
Drag paper 20 into the tag. Holding down the shift key, Pull up and down on the corners until it fits the canvas and click the checkmark.
Standing on the paper layer, right click and select create a clipping mask.
Drag frame 14 into the tag. Click the checkmark and move to the top left of the mask.
Select the layer under the frame. Drag paper 10 into the tag and resize 80%. Move into the frame.
Select the frame layer. Using the magic wand, click in the center of the frame. Select>Modify>expand by 3.
Select the paper layer. Layers>Layer Mask>Reveal selection.
Select the mask layer as we will be working under the frame.
Drag book 8 into the tag. Resize 46% and move to the top of the mask.
Drag deco7 into the tag. Resize 36% and move to the top right of the book.
Drag flower 4 into the tag. Resize 50% and move to the top right over the leaf.
Select the frame layer.
Drag angel 3 into the tag. Resize 52% and move to the top center of the frame.
Drag Clock 3 into the tag. Resize 40% and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag Leaf 3 into the tag. Resize 71% and move to the bottom left of the clock.
Drag Fern into the tag. Resize 50% and move to the bottom of the clock.
Drag Fan 3 into the tag. Resize 60% and move to the bottom left of the frame.
Drag Deco7 into the tag. Resize 31% and move to the bottom right of the fan.
Drag flower 6 into the tag. Resize 48% and move to the bottom left of the frame.
Drag flower 3 into the tag. Resize 52%, rotate -26 degrees and move to the top right of the frame.
Drag basket into the tag. Resize 36% and move to the bottom center of flower 6.
Drag book 11 into the tag. Resize 20% and move to the bottom center of the basket.
Drag gramaphone 2 into the tag. Resize 62% and move to the bottom left of the book.
Drag quill 3 into the tag. Resize 26% and move to the bottom of the gramaphone.
Drag carousel into the tag. Resize 53%, mirror and move to the bottom right of the mask.
Drag the main tube into the tag. Resize 35% and move to the bottom right of the frame.
Drag leaf 3 into the tag. Resize 68% and move to the bottom right of the tube.
Drag flower 8 into the tag. Resize 37% and move to the bottom of the tube.
Drag piano 2 into the tag. Resize 45%, mirror and move to the bottom left of the flowers.
Drag car into the tag. Resize 31% and move to the bottom of the piano.
Drag book 1 into the tag. Resize 26% and move to the bottom left of the tube.
Drag pitcher into the tag. Resize 42% and move to the bottom of the books.
Drag glass 2 into the tag. Resize 46% and move to the bottom right of the books.
Drag Typewriter into the tag. Resize 39% and move to the bottom left of the pitcher.
Drag cat into the tag. Resize 31% and move to the bottom of the glass.
Add any other elements you like and make any adjustments to the layers.
Crop away any extra space.
Image, Image Size and resize 650 on the longest side.
Oh almost forgot we need to drop shadow all of our elements. I actually do the drop shadow at the end :)
Select the element on the bottom of your tag in the layer pallet and double click it.
A layer style window will pop up. Click on Drop shadow. and use the following settings.
Now right click on the layer you just applied the drop shadow. Click copy layer style.
Now click on the layer above and hold down the shift key, select the layer under the paper layer. Right click and paste layer styles.
Select the frame layer, holding down the shift key, select the top layer. Right click and paste layer styles. Drop shadow complete :)
Add your copyright and name.
If you do not want to animate. Hide the white background layer Save your tag and export as png.
Might want to grab a coffee :)
Select the tube layer, right click and duplicate.
Standing on the duplicate layer, right click and clear layer style. Go to Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur and type in 3. Click ok. Change the blend mode to soft light.
Make sure the Animation Timeline is open. If you do not see it at the bottom of PS, go to Window>Timeline
In the timeline window click the drop down in the middle and select Create Frame Animation.
There should be one frame in the timeline.
Ready to learn something kewl :).
We are going to animate the horse so it looks like it is moving up and down.
In the layer pallet, select the horse layer Just highlight it and don't move it.
Next, In the timeline duplicate your frame. It is the + by the garbage can. I think in older versions it looks like stacked paper.
You should now have two frames in the animation pallet. Select frame 2. Here is where stuff gets neat. Remember Ctrl + Z is your friend when you make an error.
Standing on Frame 2 in the timeline. Make sure the horse layer is still highlighted in the layers pallet. Using your up arrow key on the Keyboard, move the horse to the highest position you would like the horse.
Now select frame 1 in the timeline. We are going to create the animation.
On the right side of the timeline is an icon with four lines on it. Click it and select Tween.
When the window pops up use the following settings. (Tween with should be next frame) I want 5 frames between the first frame and the second frame.
Click ok and you should now have 7 frames in the Timeline. We are not done yet.
Select frame 7 in the timeline and select tween again.
When the window pops up, select the drop down and select first frame. All other settings stay the same.
You should now have 12 frames in the timeline.
Now to set the time delay.
Select the first frame in the timeline. Hold down the shift key and select the 12th frame.
Next, click on the little black arrow beside the 0 sec as we want to change the speed. A pop up window will appear.
I selected 0.2 Sec. Now click on the play button to view the animation. Click on it again to stop it.
Click frame 1 again so we don't accidentally make any changes.
Now to save our tag as a gif.
Go to File>Export>Save for Web(Legacy).
A new pop up window will appear. Change the settings to my screen shot below. Click on the image to enlarge it if needed. Click save. My screen shot will look different but the settings are the same.
